@Scumbag there should be a Global Pacifier that spawns in most bars, and they act as a pacifier for all minor factions.

ohhhhhhhhhh geez, thank you, i was so confused. I had started to just assume Imperial Lords was an alternate name for United Cities.

The Holy Sword does not start with -100 towards the UC, only the HN and the Imperial Lords (the later of which does not exist anymore). You do start with a UC bounty, but a pacifier doesn't help with that.

i did the criminal/sword start, so I've been at -100 the entire game. Huh, didn't realize any pacifiers were vanilla, interesting, LOL! Welp, I guess i'll just have to conquer them.

UC pacifier is actually vanilla. So not from my mod. But it doesn't sound like anything is wrong, that's just the dialog that plays if you don't have low enough relations. You need -10 or lower to use a vanilla pacifier.

Shidan, I have been using this mod for a long time but never actually used a Pacifier. Just now I tried to use the United Cities pacifier in the Waystation north of the swamps (where there is a skeleton bed, you know the place) and it would not let me speak to the pacifier at all. No dialogue came up, it only caused the pacifier to say "well if you need me, you know where i am" or whatever.

I am using reactive world and the proper patch mod as well. Load order is correct.

Any idea what my issue might be or what approach I should take?

It technically doesn't even need one for Reactive World. This just fixes a couple spawns here and there that get screwed up by its world states. The vast majority of the mod will work fine regardless, especially since the move to a global pacifier.

So it should be fine. :)

As far as this page goes, you can (and probably should) add the required mods to the right. There should be controls to add them for you. Thus people who navigate to this page can see right off if they are subscribed to the prerequisite mods, and they'll get a warning dialog when subscribing if not.

This mod must be loaded after both of those two mods. Otherwise it can't see them, so it pops the error.

I am having issues with this. In my mod list it keeps saying minor factions pacifiers is missing so it won't activate. Only problem is minor faction pacifiers and reactive world are both right under it. It also disables minor faction pacifiers because the patch can't detect it.

Sorry for the delayed response. It's actually pretty simple. In the FCS, toggle all the mods you want to make a patch between on, and then create and open a new mod with the others still on. You'll be able to use anything from any of the mods you have on inside this new mod, but without making direct changes to the originals.

So for example, in this mod I add the pacifier squads to locations which don't exist in vanilla, but are added by Reactive World.

Where do I position this in the load order? Before or after the minor pacifier mod? Before or after Reactive world mod?
