63 1/3 was pretty underwhelming from how hyped up it was, promises of really nice looking sprites when they were pretty compressed in the final release.
ClayFighter and ClayFighter 2 are somewhat looked back on fondly, while there's also a good majority that think it's utter 4ss. You'll just have to play and find out yourself :^)
