The Mechanics: It's a very interesting idea, but I'm not sure if it quite goes. On one hand, it's a sort of energy beam weapon, almost like a continuous Pomson, but on the other hand it's more akin to a grenade launcher. It's an interesting idea, but it's questionable.
The Look: It's far too complicated for its own good. Maybe a simplified rework would be in order?
The Stats: Well, you haven't given any. Might I suggest 50-75 dmg for each second the beam is trained on the target, 25 dmg for the empty can, and 100-125 dmg for the bonk-bomb?
