This mod is quite simple so I dont think it really needs much of an update
ShadowKatt 1 Mar, 2020 @ 11:47am
I'm hoping this is going to get updated soon. I never realised until now how absolutely unplayable the game is without this mod. My doctors are not controlled by the AI, because the AI literally prioritizes everything before treatment. Food, rec, sleep, while people are bleeding out. I cannot believe base game rimworld is THIS BAD without this mod.
ReD TiGeR 29 Feb, 2020 @ 7:06am
Seems to be working with 1.1 even without being updated.
Loko 25 Feb, 2020 @ 12:32pm
any update for 1.1 coming out?? could not play without it
Talisman1973 24 Feb, 2020 @ 4:54am
I am hoping this will be updated to 1.1 in the near future?
El Grasón 23 Feb, 2020 @ 10:52pm
Is this going to be updated to 1.1?
BOT Ghostie 19 Dec, 2019 @ 11:39am
Will this make it so that my doctor who has asthma, won't lay in bed waiting to be treated while someone else bleeds to death right beside him? : )
Sentient_Worm 19 Dec, 2019 @ 11:24am
For me they do treatment first then rescue but then again I also have like 100 other mods so somthing might be messing with it
Lurmey 19 Dec, 2019 @ 8:24am
Also @Sentient_Worm; Rescue certainly is an urgent task? At least it is in my game. it reads "Rescue downed allies to bed (E)" and I've noticed people rescuing others before I even get a chance to manually tell someone to do it, which is in stark difference to the vanilla game.
Lurmey 19 Dec, 2019 @ 8:22am
Can you make it so the warden task "Take Prisoner to Bed" is also urgent? I've had prisoners die of malnutrition because they had a social fight and the wardens apparently just forgot to put them in bed to feed them???
Dave 10 Nov, 2019 @ 7:10am
@sentient_worm
set the injured pawn to not recieve medicine with treatment, always saves time.
Sentient_Worm 1 Oct, 2019 @ 11:42am
Shotgun
I just realized something about this mod. Rescue is not an (e) so pawns will tend downed pawns on the ground instead of running them to the hospital. This approach can be a double edged sword in that if the doctor needs to retreive more medicine to treat the wounds the downed pawn could die as a result of the travel time. Its just a small thing but I figured I would mention this since its been a while since I bugged ya

This may be a bit obvious - but maybe worth adding to the mod-description whether it can be added to, and/or removed from, existing saves. Always useful information!
MN 17 Aug, 2019 @ 2:00am
dont work. Jumble up your priorities.
give me games on GoG 16 Aug, 2019 @ 8:48pm
Boi go watch brothers of arms or something ofc he will go rescue him lmao its called loyalty. Awesome mod im glad of this QoL thanks alot.
Zebrin 13 Aug, 2019 @ 2:32am
The amount of times I have been annoyed by the AI of this game for just letting pawns die when my doctor decided to not save someone who was wounded...
This does have a few flaws, in that doctors can be somewhat suicidal about grabbing downed pawns in the middle of a firefight, but honestly, this behavior is so much better than vanilla's hot mess.
gooberhead 3 Aug, 2019 @ 8:04am
oh you should highlight that, i didnt see it for a bit
WookieToucher 22 Jun, 2019 @ 12:59am
@addmorehopps @DrBubba
It does say "compatible with everything" in the description."
Cheems 17 Jun, 2019 @ 3:02pm
@drbubba

I also don't get why that is obvious.
DrBubba 7 Jun, 2019 @ 2:21pm
Not sure why it's "obviously" and why the need for the attitude, but thanks.
Shotgunfrenzy  [author] 7 Jun, 2019 @ 2:14am
yes, obviously
DrBubba 6 Jun, 2019 @ 7:49pm
Old save compatible?
ZX-DX 2 Jun, 2019 @ 12:49pm
"hits desk" THANK YOU
Shotgunfrenzy  [author] 25 Jan, 2019 @ 6:24pm
shouldn't be
Xealyth 25 Jan, 2019 @ 9:53am
Are there any compatibility issues using this mod alongside Fluffy's Pharmacist?
Shotgunfrenzy  [author] 7 Dec, 2018 @ 5:43pm
agreed, still odd that it isn't vanilla
Dead Thing 6 Dec, 2018 @ 9:57pm
I recently tried pruning my mod list down, dropped this mod.

Putting it back. The neglect that colonists show without this mod installed is INFURIATING. Must have mod now that I've had it and went without.
Feckless 12 Nov, 2018 @ 4:12pm
Fantastic!
SkyStreak16 25 Oct, 2018 @ 6:16pm
Thank you, wonderful modder! Your work is appreciated!
Thelockenessmonster 23 Oct, 2018 @ 7:43am
its saying its still .19 in my modlist for some reason
Shotgunfrenzy  [author] 22 Oct, 2018 @ 7:27pm
Updated
microspace38 22 Oct, 2018 @ 3:30pm
The thumbnail is TOO TRUE! I haven't *lost* anybody, since I always reload the game when something stupid like this happens, but it's nice for colonists to not need manual prioritization.
vAnitas 22 Oct, 2018 @ 9:30am
Anyone now if this mod work on 1.0? Or there is a similar mod?
Łitaken 21 Oct, 2018 @ 3:11am
stopped working when i realized how essential this mod is ;)
SkyStreak16 20 Oct, 2018 @ 8:42am
1.0 if you can please :steamhappy:
Be_Le_Me 17 Oct, 2018 @ 5:02pm
I hope there is a 1.0 update coming soon. Love your mod!
Shirocko 5 Oct, 2018 @ 8:17pm
@Geethebluesky Combat extendet had a similar function. "Stabilizing" a pawn and stop the bleeding temporary. I have no clue how that all works but this mod already achieved what you are asking about. Sadly CE will not get an .19 updte
Asiltic 2 Oct, 2018 @ 11:38am
I think it is a bit too extreme, that my starving, sleep-deprived doctor is staying up to treat a tiny cut. Other wise awesome Mod. 1+, Fav
Poul Mavinger 23 Sep, 2018 @ 5:35pm
Just put a sleeping spot down and tell them to rest for infield treatment..then delete it and move the pawn
Geethebluesky 22 Sep, 2018 @ 9:03am
So.... is there perhaps a future plan to make doctors carrying medicine patch up life-threatening bleeding injuries on the field first, BEFORE rescuing a pawn? Just asking, I realize this may be a bit much.
Dubwise 18 Sep, 2018 @ 6:30pm
just loaded up this mod and everything seems to work fine for me, 0 errors, jobs all working, tried both at the top of my mod list, and the end, both fine. I think what might be happening is there are a few select mods which are breaking fundamental parts of the game, like advanced biomes was, and its resulting in a chain of failures over multiple mods, so it might look like one mod breaks another, or an individual mod is broken, when they are actually totally unrelated to the actual problem, i have been dealing with it since 19 came out
Dubwise 18 Sep, 2018 @ 6:22pm
im not altering the doctor worktype, just adding 1 or 2 basic jobs using the worktype, about as basic as a job can get
Sentient_Worm 18 Sep, 2018 @ 12:15am
I think I know what he means.
@Shotgun
Dubs alters the doctor worktype as well. Your mod is a very simple edit but it might overwrite the same files your does.

@key Please try placeing priority below dubs and play for a while. See if it works out better
If its already below dubs try placeing it above dubs and try it out.

I too was playing with dubs and was noticing some issues with the work priorities. Dub thinks it was androids causing it but even without androids the issues presisted and this is the only mod I could think of left that alters any priorities in the game
Shotgunfrenzy  [author] 16 Sep, 2018 @ 3:04pm
@keyessance without a log file we can't definitively tell if it's my mod doing it or another one
Jonas Baptiste 16 Sep, 2018 @ 8:49am
This mod seems to screw with Dub's Bad Hygine. Anyone know why? Is there a patch for these two?
FractalTurtle 9 Sep, 2018 @ 10:16pm
@Turn Me On, Dead Man
It this just fantasy.
Morale -10 9 Sep, 2018 @ 8:57pm
lol, great mod xD
FatCatParadise 9 Sep, 2018 @ 3:49pm
You just blew up some snowflakes cake and now this comment section is on fire. Nice patch bro :)
