I'm new to playing, but think I just came upon an interesting bug with this HV (not sure if it's not with all HV's). I was in the managing console adding biofuel, when I had second thoughts and I descided to not put all my available fuel canisters in the HV, so I went to withdraw some and the HV dispensed Promethium packs! Do I really need a virtually unlimited method of processing wood/biofuel into Promethium?

I used this as an early HV and later I modified it to harvest meat and eggs. I added a turret, ammo box, and fridge. I had to add to hoovers for stability. It's still affordable for beginners after modifications. Thanks for the Blueprint.

Gr8 lil starter "HV" ! Just needs 1 change made. Remove "Block behind cockpit seat & replace with small thruster. that gives it the acceleration it needs to climb & out run nasty

There’s only so much Tier 1 hover engines can do. It’s a very limited build and rightfully so at level 1. I would treat it like a Segway in the contrast of things. :)

I have tried out the vessel and it seems it really likes getting caught on hills, when going forward quickly

This was a "how can I make a level 1 HV look good" kinda thing. I'm more then aware its not a Ducati lol. It's meant to get you to safety and maybe haul some start cargo when you slap a box on it. Nothing more. When you reach level 3 I reccomend the Micro PUP that has allot more agility and function. Thanks for the comments ;)

True the new Level 1 Hover Engines wont allow for any kind of agility manueverability. But It will allow you to move away from harm while giving you expandable veratility with cargo boxes etc. It's a tactical advantage

This is, unfortunately, not a performer. It does look nice, but it just doesn't handle well enough to replace a bike.

Looks and resource cost are very nice, but handling is very bad, i needed to attach an extra hoverengine for it to gilde over water and it kept falling to the sides when i was going off road, i think it needs some kind of sideways stabelizer
