I love this idea, but have tried multiple new games and get nothing, no tech, no spawns. I am not sure what I am missing. I have library. The only thing I have not tried is to not use extra rules...would that be the cause?

If you're not playing the mystery with the towers, then sol 25 as mentioned in the description.

If so, does it have a story line to go with it?
