@kraivar: checked your LW 1.1 mod, thanks very nice. Use the most mod already, but is nice to have it in a bundle. I do like Xcom EW and LW 1 still better than xcom 2

anduls Check the class name (LWS_Sharpshooter). Check if the mod is on. Or there are may be problems with the new game launcher.

I changed the ini, but nothing happened. Also after promotion. Here an example:
+UnitColors=(SoldierClass="LWS_Sharpshooter", AbilityBranch=1,MainColor=22, SecondaryColor=87, WeaponColor=94, WeaponCamo=-1, ArmorCamo=-1)

So, how does this work ?

Hmm, it seems the psionic and snipers use the same color. Could one of the colors be adjusted perhaps?

@Player I did not succeed in attaching to rpgo, I tried many options. although might have missed something.


It is possible to replace eyes and other things, but I don’t know such a code.

@TheZuma The original one works with RPGO you just have too add 14 lines with SoldierClass="UniversalSoldier" with AbilityBranch numbered 1 to 14

Is there a way to make this work for other stuff like eye or tattoo colors also? That would help with the 40k armor mod.

BlueRaja I plan to add a lot classes to the code. I would have given it without problems, but writing every time I update it will not be very pleasant.
I did it essentially just for the sake of wotc lw classes. Which you for some reason and did not add after a very long time. And you did not pay attention to it, if I had not written in your topic. How to deal with this?

Although the code for the updated file can be given without problems.
And your author's fashion I have indicated everywhere. And myself as the author of the updated version, not just the whole fashion. As in readme and here in the topic.

It sounds like you just added more classes to the .ini? If you submit that as a PR to my original mod, I'd accept it. That's better than having two separate mods for the same thing.

Decided to add and psionic class. with a hundred mods I have problems with psi laboratory. but this class is a complete copy but better. and studies as a regular class.

Judging by the code of the original classes - bindings can be made not only to the class. But subclasses, maybe even skills. But i do not have desire to suffer so much.

I'm sure it's easy to mod to supprt other class. Never claimed differently. Only that this mod won't work with https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1280477867 since this mod makes the game to have only one class.

Won't work =/= conflict no reason the game won't run.

teh1archon It is true that it is not indicated that this will not be changed by this mod. But it's not hard to add knowing the exact class name in the code (it can be different). But will it be absolutely universal? Not sure. Mods with a necromancer have at least 4 versions (but I'm sure there are two names left).

I meant that from the description I understand that this mod has already colors set up automatically for Akimbo, Necromancer, vanilla and LW2 classes but not for mods not specified like Tank, Samurai, Infiltrator, SpecOps etc. I didn't say or mean it won't work without all these mods or only with them.

Will check it out regardless on my next run. It will probably won't do jack shit with RPGO since the game has only one class with this mod on.

teh1archon my version of the mod works everywhere. As with the mods and perfectly without them. all that is supported is specified in the description. But this does not mean that everything that is indicated must necessarily be put.

@TheZuma it shouldn't since everyone is of "universal soldier" soldier class and not a specific class. Also from the description this mod target specific mods to apply to and not globally.
