Please update it - maybe you just need to specify the mod's compatibility with the modern version of the game to be able to apply the mod.
Still bloody useful mod no denying. Right proper jedi jump.
One note regarding balance is that, while it's terrible to use during fights because of the AP cost, it's exceptional for starting them. Characters can jump right into the backlines for a crazy ambush, get a quick kill, and still have their own teleport skill ready for a getaway (looking at you, rogues).
Loathe as I am to suggest mod tweaks and potentially clutter your to-do list (were it in a handful of other games I'd do it myself) I humbly suggest adding a 1-round massive-initiative-debuff (or start AP debuff or something of the like) to Terrain Jump to curtail the aforementioned strategy
Or at least that's what the classic edition does
