So I think the best way to fix this is to reupload the mod with all the images hosted on Steam Cloud. None of the http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com url have any trouble.
Hopefully you see this and find some time to re-upload (if that's a viable option for you). Thanks in advance!
I'll try sending you screenshots what's wrong
Can you give me an example of a board which doesn't work, so I can give you a direct link to test? I added you as a friend if you'll allow me to help you troubleshoot.
Those for whom this module still works probably got it downloaded and stored on their TTS repository before that policy update, hence you can't see what's missing. But at this point the only thing to make this work, is to reupload the entire thing from scratch to Steam Cloud storage and forego third pairties (the only sure way to make it work)
If that works, you can turn "mod caching" back on afterwards.
I think TTS changed some elements of the Scripting API with a recent update, could that be causing issues?
I *think* it's the map? But not 100% sure.
2.1.3
=======
Improvements:
* Updated module to match the second printing, including various flavor text corrections.
* Updated "Wakhan's Gifts and Prizes" and "Wakhan's Priorities" cards.
* Added new cards for Wakhan questions, adjustments, and errata.
* Updated game board to match the physical game.
* Made military reminder token appear in a more responsive fashion when the favored suit changes.
* Fixed alt-zoom on loyalty dials, which was upside down.
If it works without blank cards, you can go back into settings and turn "mod caching" back on.
Is the loyalty disk problem still happening? That might have been caused by a TTS update.
A couple of things that I've found, not sure if it's just me or more common - When viewing the loyalty disk from in front of the player mat, as though looking at the person playing, the disk cover disappears and it just shows the disk underneath with the three colours visible.
The other issue seems to be placing coalition blocks, when they're placed on the board they're automatically assigned as armies and it can be a little fiddly to make them roads, rotate them to the correct position (at which point they become armies again), then change them back to roads. It could be just a tabletop thing that's difficult to fix though.
Again they could be me just mucking stuff up though! Thanks again for making such a well designed mod!
Would be nice if market auto refilled.. when I have some downtime I may look into doing it and will send you the file if it is a success.
The collection used this priority system:
1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.
Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.
Thanks for your hard work!
If it's still happening when you reload, is there any way you can email the save to gtschemer@gmail.com?
