So is this mod working right?
LuckyAmigo 12 Jul, 2019 @ 8:00pm
Hey, is this mod still being updated?
Schmeeda 2 Jul, 2019 @ 10:22am
can we see some pictures of the late game roman units?
nsinger998 9 Mar, 2019 @ 8:59am
The late game light cavalry are invisible for me when Orthodox
SalDBoy  [author] 5 Mar, 2019 @ 8:18am
The new Update adds Late Game Unit Models for Roman Culture. Though I did my best, these Late Game Unit Models are not exactly what I'd have wished for this mod. This is mainly due to the fact that I'm no professional modder and therefore have no idea/skill on how to create custom graphics for CK2.
NPC 4 Mar, 2019 @ 1:00pm
I even tried it by itself changing the byzantine leader to roman culture and they are still invisable. They only show up when I am pagan but then they arent the right unit types and are pagan units instead of the one in the mod.

patrum scuta that all i can think of
SalDBoy  [author] 4 Mar, 2019 @ 12:44am
@002 Depends. Firstly the Skins in this mod are for Early Game Roman Culture only, and are there any mods that interfere with that?
NPC 3 Mar, 2019 @ 10:32pm
hmmm i have all the skin dlcs but units are still linvisable is there a reason for this?
NPC 3 Mar, 2019 @ 10:29pm
i think the skins are broken for this mod after forming the roman empire
Abraxas3467 18 Feb, 2019 @ 2:16pm
Just a suggestion, love the skin for cataphracts, however you should probably use the kingdom of Italy's skin for infantry as it looks exactly like a legionary.
Coin 17 Feb, 2019 @ 12:54pm
I see. What graphical packs are required? The heavy cav looks like the byzantine cavalry, and i have the graphical pack for them - i have all graphical packs except Saxon.
SalDBoy  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:04am
@Coin You do require every single Graphical Pack showed in the pictures. I'm sorry but Paradox stipulates that mods for their games can't contain part of their DLCs in them. I hope you understand
Coin 6 Jan, 2019 @ 4:28am
I appear to be having a trouble with the graphical features of the mod, meaning the units appear invisible. Heavy cavalry is a horse without rider and Pikemen are entirely invisible. The other units appear as normal. Am i missing a required graphical pack?

could you please make a mod that makes some of the polish provinces have a custom Gothic culture in the 769 start-date?
Ngale 17 Nov, 2018 @ 7:42am
@SideTracker Hey don't worry man. Still gonna use and enjoy this mod! I'm waiting for a couple other mods to update and then I'll be binging the hell out of CK2 lol. Thanks for the mod!
SalDBoy  [author] 17 Nov, 2018 @ 3:29am
@Ngale @Ser Strongsteel
Should be fixed I hope. Apperently my mod (while in file form before being uploaded) had a description file which confused CK2 while uploading. IDK how that happened seing as I've only been either tweaking existing files and deleting others instead of adding more, but it was my slip up so it's my fault, and I'm verry sorry. Please I hope you still enjoy my little project.

As a side note I've been looking for people who could help me figure out good unit assets to create a Late Game Version of the Roman Unit Pack. Anyone that has either the technical kow-how or suggestions, and his interested, please join me on the "Suggestions/Ideas/Concepts" Discussion tab.

Proper Roman Titles is showing up instead of Roman Culture Redux even though I've never subscribed to Proper Roman Titles at any point. Haelp
Ngale 16 Nov, 2018 @ 6:25pm
rom.mod and a "rom" folder show up in my CK2 mod folder, and when I sub, in the launcher it shows "Proper Roman Titles" already check marked and then "Roman Culture Redux" right above it, but no box to check. When I load it back up, it only has "Proper Roman Titles" listed. Not sure what's up.
SalDBoy  [author] 16 Nov, 2018 @ 5:32pm
@Ngale No, you should be searching for "Roman Culture Redux".
Ngale 16 Nov, 2018 @ 4:16pm
Still showing up as "Proper Roman Titles" in my mod list (deleted the old mod file[s] before resubbing before resubbing so the old file shouldn't be there). Is that okay? Just wanna make sure on my end. Thanks for the mod and update!
SalDBoy  [author] 16 Nov, 2018 @ 3:41pm
@Ngale No reason as to why it shouldn't I think.
Ngale 15 Nov, 2018 @ 9:59am
This compatible with Holy Fury with the changes made to the Roman government? Thanks!
Woman Enjoyer 25 Oct, 2018 @ 11:40am
Good mod! I appreciate the flavour that LoR never really fully implemented.
jmjacob2016 7 Oct, 2018 @ 6:58pm
CK2+ compatible?
SalDBoy  [author] 30 Sep, 2018 @ 3:37am
@Etruscan First I have a few cosmetic mods that change the word style, that's not a custom Empire that IS THE ROMAN EMPIRE as changed by my mod and also Typus Orbis Terrarum Partial.
Etruscan 29 Sep, 2018 @ 10:40pm
no you have different text, thats a custom empire and its definetly not the vanilla map.
SalDBoy  [author] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 6:03am
@Etruscan The normal map mode
Artyom 28 Sep, 2018 @ 5:06am
How do I form the Empire? or is it the event from legacy of rome dlc?
Etruscan 28 Sep, 2018 @ 2:17am
out of curiosity SideTracker what map mod were you using in the screenshots?
Meat Man Anthony 25 Sep, 2018 @ 10:55pm
thank you very many
SalDBoy  [author] 15 Sep, 2018 @ 12:31pm
@Austriaco firstly Magister Militum is the Official designation of the Imperial army "manager" during the Late Roman Empire. Numerarius is an official title designated for Tresury/Taxation supervisors. A Minister is an offical both tasked with state affairs as well as diplomatic missions. An Inquisitor is just as the name implies, someone who asks questions (as a side note yes the romans employed spies, what kind of idiot government doesn't employ spies, between Military spies aka the Frumentarii and government spies aka the Speculatores.) Inquisitor is my take on the official in-charge of the government's spy network.
Plus you know very well that in the Late Roman Empire the title of Pro-Consul was a titular figurative title/honorific, not an actual position.
Austriaco 15 Sep, 2018 @ 12:14pm
Rename Marshal to ProConsul? Steward to Censor? Not sure abotu Diplomat but calling him Senator may be better fitting since only Senators acted as Diplomats... Inquisitor is also really odd. Interestingly enough the Romans did not even employ spies. Perhaps naming it just Praefect would be better?
lionheartrmsy 14 Sep, 2018 @ 9:37am
is this compatable with ancient religions reborn?
Chillwind 13 Sep, 2018 @ 9:18pm
How do you make it so that the titles are culture based? What do you type in the landed_titles doc to make it so that the Doge is a Consul etc, I've wanted to make it so my king vassals were Governors rather than Kings in the Provinces I've made!
StarNate 11 Sep, 2018 @ 12:21pm
lol is there anyway to just get the titles? I love playing as byzantine but they until later used roman terms, so they should be roman still when i start 769
SalDBoy  [author] 11 Sep, 2018 @ 11:52am
@StarNate well yeah...the Checksum covers any gameplay aspects of the game. The Original form of the mod (the first version that is) it only changed the localisation of certain names to latin. Now the Mod is a complete Redux of Roman Culture to make it a viable option for players.
StarNate 11 Sep, 2018 @ 11:45am
lol it's no problem, is it planned to change that?
SalDBoy  [author] 11 Sep, 2018 @ 11:44am
@StarNate Well shucks...sorry about that. I forgot I had made changes to the Roman Empire as well as add new buildings and Retinues...again I'm super sorry.
StarNate 11 Sep, 2018 @ 11:11am
rip, try to use, can't earn achivements since it changes checksumit says. Cool mod besides that little horror
