Report a translation problem
this seed on rural warm seems to be decent, just pricey (bigger plots)
This one I built prior to the last major update, before they introduced the lakes.
I've not come across a seed that doesn't have them. This build is a little dated now.
Have you tried one of my more recent builds? I've listed the seeds for them. I recommend the Lynx Business Park. I think that one is probably my best build and well balanced. Much easier to copy paste the rooms also.

When you say the parking lot didn't load in, is it just the road missing or the walls? if it's the road, you'll see a response to that below (Roads don't save to blueprints, you have to draw them in yourself). I did load it in last week on a new game and it seemed fine then. I could draw the roads in to the lot with no issues.
Hi, Sorry, I've not played this in months. I've just had a look and it still seems to place ok. Did you align the horizontal path at the bottom of the blueprint, to the missing grid blocks near the bus stop? The Blueprint needs to be positioned perfectly for the roads to fit. The path should fit perfectly around the missing grid blocks, then the roads will fit.
Let me know if you need me to take another look at it or attempt describing the above in more detail.
I am playing on alpha 10.8.4
I subscribed to all the required mods, but on the loading screen I get 3 errors:
Failed loading furniture mod: Placeable Wall
Failed loading furniture mod: DeBasics - Office Copier
Failed loading furniture mod: Big Server Rack
I don't think that this is the reason why I have the following issue with the building itself, but just to be on the safe side I wanted to mention it.
I have enabled the More Starting Options v2.1 Mod and I start a new game in sandbox mode with 60 million quid. I place the building from the blueprint, and the car parks on the roof are not present. I just get the four walls without the roof.

I had contemplated something similar, but using letters (similar to the numbers used on the warehouse bay doors). I read that they're looking at adding sloping roofs to the game. Once this is relased, I may look to make one more build. I'll see what looks best with making departments more visible and easy to identify. I'll also look to make the next one easier to expand and alter office sizes depending on how big your teams are.
of multiple departments for example green = customerserver area
blue = development pink= server rooms yellow=logicistics and so as I can see you put alot of time and effort into your companies and alot of time into bulding and is it possible if each department can fit ruffley between 100-140staff
