@Sendo - You should get that screen. CA added it recently and it is annoying. I get it everytime i play (and I have about a dozen mods - they all show up on that screen)

This time continue to click OK and then start a custom battle and see if the units show up there. If they do, then the mod is installed and working properly. You won't see them in a campaign until youve researched and built the correct buildings.

if o continue and start the game its just the normal vanilla version with the normal fractions from late antiquity.

i have the charlemagne and the last roman dlc so i dont know what the problem exactly is

I don't know why so many people are having issues, and why it workis brilliantly for so many others. I've now forced you to have the Age of Charlemagne, and Last Roman DLCs to eliminate any bugs or issues on my end. If you still have issues, please post in the discussion thread above.

The only other thing I can think of is that people are looking for a campaign mod and did not read the description well enough to see this is only a units mod.

@ Virax - only thing I can think of would be to subscribe/unsubscribe. Sometimes Steam has issues downloading. Make sure to check that your mod settings allow "out-of-date" mods. I noticed there appeared to be an update to Attila and Rome II this morning, so give that a try.

Great work, congrats! Speaking of Latin semantics, "Legatum" actually means "Bequest", you might want to switch to "Hereditas Aquilarum" :steamhappy:

@Melcor - I tried something to fix the "no names" bug you are having. If this doesnt work, then i'm afraid it is an issue with the Russian version.

I also readjusted the size of the Numeroi.

Very beautiful units, but it seems that the Numeroi are a bit larger in scale than the normal romans, they are a head taller wich looks somewhat irritating...

@jamie_van - Forgive me, Oh Caesar for using the Sermo Vulgaris in your presence! I should have known not to use the vocative/nominative singular "Legatum" with the genitive plural "Aquilarum" to describe a singular legacy of the Legions of Mighty Rome!

@jamie_van Legatum is nom. neuter, "legacy," but it certainly does look like the acc. for legatus. Aquilarum is the gen. plural of aquila.

@Khamul of Ruhn - They were also known as trapezites and on the western front - chonsarioi. They served as raiders, spies, and skirmishers. Essentially they were the cavalry equivalent of the Akritai. Might be worth a google ;) John Haldon's book is a good primer. @Arcadius - Hmmm.... That is strange. I just spent some time checking and they definitely show up for the ERE in GC as they should. I checked with this as my only running mod - everything else was vanilla. I checked again with my other mods running and they still showed up. If you have a bunch of other mods running, do me a favor and deactivate all of them and then only enable this one and see if they show up in GC and Custom Battle. If they do then you may be experiencing a very rare bug where two unit mods use the same identifiers and one overwrites the other.

Also, the units are not going to show up immediately in GC. You have to do the appropriate research and build the correct recruitment buildings. The first units will show up in level 2 building chains (about 5-6 turns in.)

Give that a try and then let me know what you find out.

@alexgan.60 - No other mods necessary. In fact it is the only mod i'm currently running. Try unsubcribing and then resubscribing.
