I don't think Tiles are 4x4. No color variations. But you can change the color from the color part. I don't know what Rico is? The buildings will come out at the residential low part after you have installed it.

A little extra information would be nice. Are these buildings growables? Are they set up for RICO, or ploppable from the unique buildings section? What are their stats? How many tiles do they take up? Are there color variations? The buildings themselves look lovely but I'd like more info on them.
