THIS MOD IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED.

See Mechanical Arsenal .

@Cpt. Cancer
Can't do that, elemental damage always scale with their respective magic schools, and even if I could I wouldn't. I won't deny extra damage to players wanting to specialize in one element.

As for cheat chests, given than the crafting requirements is what contributes to the balance of the mod, so that you don't have everything too strong right away, without locking everything behind higher levels, I won't add one.

Is there anyway you can make the grenades only scale with Finnesse? I would like to make a grenadier that just focuses on finnesse and uses a crossbow

Really need a vendor or chest. Plz!

Thank you so much for the good work, but just... cheat chest, pleeeeeeeeeease! ^^

@Skoll Drachen I plan on making a T2 Fire grenade with Cluster, but for now there's no recipe involving it (Ire of the Arsonist, which is a very big and powerful cluster grenade requiring source points, requires a firestorm grenade in the recipe and not a cluster)
Sköll Drachen 17 Oct, 2018 @ 6:32pm
hay what about the cluster grenade?
Sköll Drachen 16 Oct, 2018 @ 7:59pm

@NITRO Restart the game, especially if you just subscribed to many mods at the same time. Sometimes you have to restart the game and/or go back to the main menu then check mods again for all the mods to be downloaded/taken into account.

Otherwise, I don't have that issue, and I'm subscribed to my own mod, so I'm not using a specific local version. Waiting for more feedback on the matter.

the mod itself doesnt show up in the load out list when i go into my mods.. what is the issue there?

Hi, Pyrolusite! I have RATED UP & Added this mod (and others) to:

" The Definitive D:OS2 Mod List (2018) " :steamhappy:

Congrats & Thanks for your awesome mods!

@Renari I think you can get all the basic elemental grenades in Act 1, so no surprise, it's intended there, maybe except the T2 poison one, but I think I managed to get that one too.

Noted the balancing problem, I'll reduce the multipliers to more reasonable numbers. I noticed it when I ported it, but some problems with the modding tool prevented me from changing the values at the time. Will get on it as soon as possible.

Thanks for the feedback !

I think the scaling on this mod is a little off, did a multiplayer playthrough with a few friends using this. One person playing a huntsman, the other a grenadier. Our grenadier was fairly consistently up to Act 2 doing 2-3x the damage of our single target huntsman. Our grenadier did mention he has some difficulty finding the crafting materials to get the grenades, but it seemed like he had reusable grenades in Act 1 that weren't intended until later Act 2.

@Whisky Since they are skills and not items, sadly, Ambidextrous and Slingshot don't apply. I do plan on making this work eventually, but for now I need to fix a problem with the editor, preventing me from working on the mod.
Glim 12 Sep, 2018 @ 7:56am
Are the grenades from these skills affected by Ambidextrous and Slingshot?
Pyrolusite  [author] 9 Sep, 2018 @ 2:50am
@𝕯𝓲𝓰𝔞𝓷 Nope, the grenade is a part of the recipe to get the skillbook, but it's not enough by itself. So, since it's a skill, yes, it takes a memory slot.

@TKDancer It works a bit like the game, when launching the Divinity 2 Engine with Steam, you have to choose between Definitive edition and Classic edition.

wheres this updated engine? i keep seeing people make mods, i see blog posts about it, but dont see it available for downloading
Digan 8 Sep, 2018 @ 7:24pm
So does that mean whenever u pickup a granade or something u get a skill for it? or do those skills take up a memory slot ? how do granades work with those skills :O or are skills... the grenades :O cuz that would be really cool... kinda granadier type class :D

Nice.
