I don't need alternatives similar to creative mode!

I need a stargate that I can build in career mode to be able to cargo bridge between the planets that I could visit!

Of course, building a stargate in career mode isn't easy! But it would be a worthy reward!

- It seems to require a very specific mechanism to make the ring spin, I'm bad at such mechanism XD

For loading this craft in vanilla game: no mods or DLC required.
For the effect shown in the screenshots: You need Photoshop or something alike...

Of course! This will work as described if you have the Vessel Mover mod! If you have that mod, you don't actually need this unit to use the "Spawn" function. This is made to justify the use of that cheat-like function :P

Thanks! Btw Atlantis base is based of of the city of atlantis in Stargate Atlantis. SGA was the first SG show i watched and always wanted to have an atlantis on laythe (or duna).

That‘s cool! I think we science fiction fans can "realise" some of our dreams or random ideas in KSP, that's why I like it so much. PS: I used this to transport your atlantis base to Duna, it's fantastic!

Yap, they function very mutch the same as your teleporter devices. There is also a lot of them in the galaxy and they can "dial" each other trough a type of cordinate sistem. Its expained in the origial movie. (Am a huge fan of Stargate)

lol I didn't watch that before, I just made a "basic round portal device that looks scientific" out of my mind, but this indeed looks like the portal+ramp combination in Stargate! And I think they have the same function as well :P
