it can be done with C# dll and CheatEngine, to increase exp in moment but this is pretty hard and overcomplicated)

How you change exp values? i unpack you mod but can't find anything useful, only stats (Armor, APRecovery, etc.) (i wanna make more exp but without scripts if possible)

P.S it's not "Gain"? i have no idea that is this (and no docs) but theoretically it can be needed param

a mod for more exp? tired of looking in every corner of the world to find enemies to kill to level up ;-;

hello. I dont know if anyone will answer but i hope so.
I've played with the -25% for a while but then, i switched to this -50% xp gain. except that... when i noticed that at act 2 i was progressing way too slowly i decided to go back to -25%, but it didn't change the exp gain at all.

is there any way to revert the -50% change after you used it in your mods ?

yep integers only work so i made my best estimation when i originally made it to average out to a lowered amount

Alrighty I have answered my own question. Decimal values do not work. I tried doing 1/3 less exp and changing values of 5 to 3.33 for some reason made all enemies give me half exp. So there we go.

So I have a question; I am making a mod similar to this, can I not change the gain values to decimals? As instead of changing 3 to 2, can I change it to 1.5 or will the game not read that correctly? Hopefully my question makes sense. Thanks for your time.

I would love to see one with 0% EXP too! Because I´m playing a run where I scale myself up to level 20 (or higher) from the beginning with "The Cheat Commander"-mod and scale the enemies with other mods even higher. But I get too much EXP out of the enemies even with the 75% less EXP version and the enemies can´t be scaled above level 35 or so.

Hello! Can you make a version with 0% experience?
Grendarr Kendhoryr 7 Feb, 2019 @ 9:57am
hello,

It's just a question, if monsters exp wieght is an integer, why not raise player experience cap for each levels ?

I don't even know if it is possible.

Nice job anyway ! i'll pick the 50% later on my divine scaling run.

The experience modifier is determined by a single gain number. The numbers have to be whole numbers. For something like the silent monks in a1, their base modifier is 1. the only way to reduce it is to put it to 0. I went ahead and reduced to the best of my ability to hit the goal amount of exp.

Hi. I just tested this on the silent monks in Act 1, in the dungeon area near Kniles. After installing the mod, the silent monks gave no experience. Any ideas? Thanks.

It's possible to change thins, as you already said, to make enemies who have, like, 2 exp gives the 2 exp, and not the 1xp {50%}?

Thanks, this has been great.

yes
life.fjdi.91 22 Sep, 2018 @ 4:26pm
is this working?
ForgottenAmnesia  [author] 12 Sep, 2018 @ 8:37am
It should i dont see why it wouldnt I have used multiple exp mods in the past and swapped mid game between them without issue. normally did 50% then 75% near endgame
JubiLeet 12 Sep, 2018 @ 6:46am
OK, just to clarify deactivated. When deactivated does the XP value return to normal? I had this issue with another mod in the past.
ForgottenAmnesia  [author] 10 Sep, 2018 @ 8:41pm
THis mod can be deactivated
JubiLeet 10 Sep, 2018 @ 3:42pm
Can this mod be deactivated?
ForgottenAmnesia  [author] 9 Sep, 2018 @ 8:06pm
Couldnt tell you i havnt finished a vanilla DE campaign yet. I have been enjoying heavily modded stuff
-Snoopi- 9 Sep, 2018 @ 7:21pm
@ForgottenAmnesia

What is the expected endgame character level on Tactician for a party of 4 completionist without this mod? I.e. Vanilla DE
ForgottenAmnesia  [author] 9 Sep, 2018 @ 3:06pm
The editor only accepts whole values for changes where adjustments could be made, I reduced it by as close to 25% as possible. Some enemies had an exp value of 2 so I put them down to 1
Bibpanana 9 Sep, 2018 @ 12:32pm
This mod isn't working properly I think.I tested it and its reducing exp by 50%
