Echo, that's a great idea!

Good looking designs all.

One thought though. If you want to put a detailed command bar description in the ship then you could put that on a datapad and put the datapad in the pilot's seat. A small LCD (or one of the cockpit LCDs) could be set to tell the pilot where to find the briefing datapad after he spawns in the ship.

@Ranger: Yes, several new ships and at least one new station in the works. However, also yes, playing other games at the moment. Also, just read your last comment again and one of them should fit the bill quite nicely.

Hey Carnivore working on any new projects right now or enjoying other games?

@Ranger: Thanks and good ideas

@carnivore I love your designs id love to see you come up with some kind of cargo ship that can manage atmo to space! Also suggestion: I download alot of blueprints and so i search thru many to find what im looking for i love it when creators slap on a unified tag to identify all their works with like you should put (SDS) at the front of all your names!

@ Atro: I have quite a few unreleased ships, which I would like to redesign with a focus on PCU efficiency. If you look through my screenshot gallery, you may find some interesting things.

Any cruisers on the agenda?
Time_of_Day 21 Sep, 2018 @ 10:33am
I see. That makes sense to me.
carn1vore  [author] 21 Sep, 2018 @ 9:26am
@Time_of_Day: This is intentional. None of these are built to be airtight or to have air vents. There are o2 generators which allow you to refill oxygen at the med bay of course, but in my opinion pressurizing things adds cost and complexity while returning very little benefit.
Time_of_Day 21 Sep, 2018 @ 9:17am
Also forgot to mention that the Molitor and Vesuvius don't have air vents inside them.

@Time_of_Day: Thank you for letting me know! Everything in my workshop should be 100% ok with thruster damage on. The missile's thrusters shouldn't activate until they launch. I will check and make sure this is still the case.
Time_of_Day 20 Sep, 2018 @ 11:06pm
I've started playing around with your ships a bit and discovered that if you have thruster damage active (I normally don't but I forgot to turn it off for this game) the Molitor's premade missile practically cuts off the entire guided missile system. Plus a block on each side of the ship is destroyed but they're unimportant. I just thought I'd let you know. I haven't tried the other ships yet, but a fair warning; a good amount of servers likes to play with thruster damage on.

how to lauch missile`?

@Aster92: Stradivari, Guarneri, Amati. These guys were all from Cremona, which is on the bank of the Po. In the listings for Coristo, Vesuvius, and Molitor, there are big images which go into a lot more detail on the ships. Spectre II has one as well, and I would like to do something similar for the rest.
Aster92 14 Sep, 2018 @ 4:02pm
what kind of instruments? :O

i said that since:

-Cremona is an Italian city;
-Vesuvius is latin for Vesuvio, a famous volcano near Napoli;
-Po is a river on the North of Italy,
-Trapano is italian for Drill.
carn1vore  [author] 14 Sep, 2018 @ 8:02am
@Aster92: The large ships are named for famous instruments. The posters go into a bit more detail on the subject.
Aster92 14 Sep, 2018 @ 5:07am
Big on italian names? ahah
Awesome ships, thank you
Time_of_Day 13 Sep, 2018 @ 10:55pm
I'm also curious how you managed to set up the MEWS's welders like that.
Time_of_Day 13 Sep, 2018 @ 10:53pm
These look like some awesome ships, and I have been able to gather a decent amount of information on some of them just by looking at them. However, I think some of them could do with a better description. The ships with the diagram photos are a nice touch and work just fine, but some of your other ships lack any sort of info. Despite this, I really like these designs, and even with their smaller sizes than the average workshop blueprints, your corvette, frigates, and destroyer look quite formidable.

Thanks guys!

I have to say, these are rather beautiful designs.
