i am not sure why, but the moment my contract runs out and i dont have enough cats with the iron guard they become immediately hostile.

the reworked mercenary has insurance, and dunno if all of them are in one guild. example i got blocklisted in the caravan guard, does it mean i am blacklisted to all mercenaries? and vice versa, increasing the guilds trust or i can only be blacklisted or gain trust to one of these group.

yes it only spawns diffrent mercenaries in cities and wandering around the world so it should be compatible with every mod since its not changing anything

They dont respawn unless you import them again but ive theres a lot of them and i doubt that will happen but if it doe you will need to reimport but there are many mercaneries of the same kind but just scattered in diffrent towns

Do mercenary squads respawn or could it be possible that all mercenaries get wiped out during an game?

There are too many mercenaries, which affects the balance of the game.Your module seems to be in conflict with some of the reward modules.It is recommended that the number of employees should not exceed eight.

Hey guys ive updated the mod so I managed to figure it out and dont need to reupload it :D but theres a update now fixed a few bugs (i hope other bugs dont show up lol) and now mercs have a new option to pay them to guard you for 20 days

What? LOL I've imported more times than I can count, and not once was for the purpose of exploitation. Not that I even get what it is I'd exploit by importing. If anything it is a negative since you loose prisoners and contracts. Plus enemies you killed are once again alive.

The main purpose is to correct your save data to match the current game version or mod reasons. I guess the development (beyond minor things like bug fixing) is over so you don't need to do so as often now. But it can help fix issues sometimes.

that honestly doesn't matter, money is easy to get in this game and its an extra option, nothing would be forced so i don't see why you would care so much, no one would make you buy them but some people would like to be able to.

They can make contracts so long that this is effectively the case. However you WILL loose them on import. So that isn't all that useful after all.

it would be pretty cool if for 300,000 or more cats you could perma buy each merc team, it would be nice for mid game or even late so you can go on adventures without worrying about your base.

Nice i really like this because this adds both more mercenary and different one and longer contract options which most mod only has one of them. Great mod :steamhappy:

Hello Eagle11, thanks for replying. If you added a 14 day contract that would really help (especially for me when building or reconstructing a new base and the walls are down - I change my base all the time, lol). I love this mod, especially that the merc groups are all different and have such interesting flavor :)

Yes I want 472971 days for Camp defense pls xD and like 30 for bodyguards otherwishe it will be game breaking. (even 30 is pretty much gamebreaking)

there is not compability with the longer contracts mod what that mod does is only modify the vanilla mercenaries ive already added them to 5 days each mercenary has there seperate dialogue but if you guys all want me too I can add in more days to them so i basically make the contracts longer

I'm just now subscribing and haven't been able to use yet, but I would love to have some compatitbility with the longer contracts mod, the one that allows for permanent outpost guards and such.

gives the immersion of having to pick a target and hit that target quickly if you plan on using the mercs offensively

i think you should leave the prices as is and the days i think are fine. 5 is more than enough to meet the needs of your base especially if you put them in body guard status

nah the regular mercs will always spawn i didnt really feel like touching anything about them and i could have used the dialogue as that mod but i kind of wanted to create a bit of unique dialogue for some of the mercs the mod that extends the mercenaries only works on the normal vanilla mercs becuase there dialogue was modified however i cannot do the same since some of my mercs here are more stronger than others but if guys want i can set in more days

Okay I looked at it, and yes it would be compatible with either Better Mercenary mod.

I think it would semi-work with Better Mercenary Contracts too. By "semi" I mean they added their own dialogs for this, so the Better Mercenary Contracts is irrelevant to the new types of merc squads, but should still work with the old squads. They seemed to only have modified 1 existing dialog, and that's related to healing.
