All that's missing for me would be Sukricat's GrandCanyon & GreatBlueHole NW and everything would be'come almost perfect.
If i only had just one small critic.. the Volcanic spawning tricks are a bit too "harsh" for city planning reasons (specially in Western North-America) & verifying accurate locations for a few might help (Mt St-Helens, etc). Lonely "Palenque" is more funny random than silly bad-luck.. but i can understand how the pre-determined CS set (as declared by Defaults or YaMP) can block any other potential story twists.
Great concept and subtle design decisions, nonetheless.
