I understand why. Source engine modding is a pain in the ass.
There's no good female voice mods for Nick.
I tested by clearing out materials, models, and addons folders. I copied only this addon's vpk file to addons folder. I opened one of the game's maps and confirmed that all textures showed on the model.
I personally know how easy it is to make these swap addons, but also how time-consuming it is with manipulating files, writing descriptions, uploading, and testing. So, here's my thanks to keep you motivated and appreciated.
Looking at the QC file, there is this line:
$includemodel "survivors/anim_producer.mdl"
Replace it with this line:
$includemodel "survivors/anim_gambler.mdl"
