cant seem to find the music.rar file, where does it download to?

try erasing the music folder completly and then go to the game properties and verify integrity of game cache.

it should download the missing files again.

Decided i didnt want it atm and unsubscribed but the music is still playing and i cant stop it

Unsubscribing and subscribing then Loading and exiting, Music.rar popped up.

I love Earthbound, and the fourside music being included in this just made my day.

I'm pretty sure unsubscribing do the job, but if you want to be sure I recommand to make a back up folder of the original music BEFORE you subscribe and lunch your game. To do that, in case you dont know how, just make a copy of the 'Music' folder and rename it 'backup'.
If unsubscribing doesnt work and want the original music back you'll just have to erase the music folder and rename the backup one again to 'music'.

Cool but just in case how can you uninstall this? Just by unsubscribing? Just in case i fuck up something.

When I download it I get a 92.1MB file from the workshop, that's it.

Nothing comes up at all ingame when I subscribe. No text appears saying that it's downloading.

I'm sorry to say I can't help here, I've redownload it myself to see and it work like charm, same thing for my brother! Just to be sure, Did you download it completely before closing KF? it's a pretty big file, can take about 5 to 10 minute to download.

Yeah. Still not working even after what Umbreon said. Moved the Music folder, created a new folder. Nothing appears.

Nevermind, I started up the game and the smash bros. music text appeared in the top right of the screen. Works fine :D

Umbreon, I did exactly as you said and the file never appeared in my folder. Also, I respect your choice in Eevee evolutions.

Yeah I'm getting the same problem as Pyrolan. Subscribed and downloaded. No Music.rar file at all. Checked the KF and Music folder.

Game sounds (like gunshots, etc.) and background music are not related, I didn't touch any of these, their not even in the same folder. I don't have anything to do with their bad quality, sorry.

the problem is when the people use communication like insult especimends,thanks,no,yes...etc
and the shoots and realoadings the quality sound is low
