I certainly think ugly and staggeringly ugly are subjects of cosmetic surgery, but in reality Traits does not rely on the body part. So it may be best to use a mod that can directly modify Traits such as " RIMMSqol ". Actually removing and adding Traits is quite a lot of work. X(

Of course, I also understand the requirement of hard core mode pursuing reality. Although it is a story of another Mod, that added a material called Artificial Skin, and used it to heal old wounds. However, management of leather resources seems to have been unsuccessful due to very troublesome things. It was deleted at a later date for reasons such as that the skin does not rot.

The only differences betweeen Light and Hardcore Version though are the resource costs for producing the parts though and not any operations etc. Thats why I even asked if there were any non compatible things. The differences is probably only the medicine cost for those operations?

I have checked compatibility with RBSE - Hardcore Edition and this DE Surgeries. As a conclusion, it was possible to perform surgery without problems. The only problem is that the RBSE side already contains many similar operations, so the same thing will be duplicated in the surgical menu.

It is possible to prevent the same operation as the RBSE side from overlapping. However, I thought that it was not a function required as "DE Surgeries" but a different "RBSE option Mod".

Therefore, I decided that it is not the role of "DE Surgeries" to add or delete surgery from this mod only for RBSE. Thank you.

The skill level ranges from 0 to 20, and in the case of Easy surgery, the medical skills are more than 5 levels (Significant familiarity). I recognize this as a student or resident.
In the explanation of skill level, professional is Level 8 (Employable professional). I think that this stage is the stage when I became a doctor from a resident doctor. In this Mod, this difficulty level is set to Normal and the required skill level is 8. Next, surgery that is designated as Hard requires 10 levels of medical skills. This is I am aware that it is "Skilled professional" and a skilled doctor. Therefore, it is judged that cataract is this hard surgery by medical difficulty distribution.

First of all, in vanilla these operations are impossible. Chronic illness is a problem with vanilla that can not be treated. In addition, surgical results that can not obtain a complete treatment effect in consideration of game balance are already installed in "Install artificial parts".

Introduction:
Currently, developers use "healer mech serum" (the same effect as using the development tool "Remove HediffDef" tool), they are designed to cure all problems. They are quest rewards, products of Glitterworld. It is not something that can be obtained abundant. DarknessEyes, who first created this Mod, aimed to give the game a way to heal those injuries and chronic diseases.

You've got some great stuff going on with this mod! I happen to be an anesthesiologist in real life, and I'd like to mention a couple of things: 1) Cataract surgery (irl) does require high skill, but is actually very easy when done by a skilled surgeon, and is one of the fastest surgeries with lowest risk of death. Maybe it should be in one of your easier groups. 2) Maybe hard surgeries should require an Advanced Component to represent the highly specialized equipment used in complicated surgery. 3) maybe surgeries for chronic conditions should only provide partial cure, like 75% decrease in problem. 4) IRL, a botched surgery (actually botched anesthetic, but for game purposes botched surgery) is fairly likely to result in small but permanent damage to heart, brain, liver or kidney and (sort of) increase a person's age. No idea if these ideas are easy or hard to code, but something to think about anyway! Keep up the great work and thanks for the mod!

Hello. If it fails in the operation of a very important part such as the head, there is a possibility that it is cut at the vanilla originally and it is likely to die immediately.

I think that the 10% mortality rate at the time of hard surgery failure is a balance adjustment to make the surgery intentionally fail and make it impossible to repeat raising the pawn's medical skill (at least the original Mod).

Please check which kind of medical items can be used by patients who undergo surgery first. If you are planning to use "glitterworld medicine" at the Health tab (Overview), they will try to "best" medical care. =]

Hmm I can't seem to perform hard and normal surgeries with normal meds. Only glitterworld. I have a few mods that let me select which meds to use and they are set for normal meds. Any idea what might be going on? Thanks!

Oh, it tends to overlook. herbal medicines are used by default when prisoners are brought into bed, if they do not change the medicine they use. As it is, you can not use medicine (Med) as necessary for surgery. Perhaps it is better to use Mod such as Medical Tab .

I discovered the problem. The prisoners were restricted to using only herbal medicine. The surgery required regular medication. After shifting the restriction they were able to be assigned to the surgery.
