Also maybe add a spell books on a certain places, so it's not that common but that feeling like you can have advantage in form of fireball can break the stalemates that Fastline often has.
It could use an extra gimmick in my opinion, adds the halloween excitement and makes the map alot less bland gameplay-wise, but that's my scream fortress spirit leaking.
Also, how'd you manage those blood splats on the first screenshot? Just curious ^^
