Well, i use muts to install em on dedicated server. U could try to add some lines to killingfloor.ini in system folder to set em on in handle mode :)

Sorry, I didn't make it clear. You can't find plug-ins in the Available Mutators and enable them.

I'm not sure i understand fully what u mean saying "plugin page" :) Do u mean listed server's or solo game's options? If u do it's yeah, there're some troubles with it. Sometimes any addons can't be installed from workshop. Idk why exactly, any muts may be not shown in that list. The mut'll be available and u'll find it in system folder of kf (.../KillingFloor/System) after subscribing (if all is going ok ofc and kf's telling u that it's installed in the top right corner of the kf main menu it's shown). Steam's workshop usually do shi with it, so i especially dropped the external link for dowloading with no subscribing necessity. So if u wanna lead this way, just download the mutator through the link and move it to system folder.
