But looking at it now, it hasn't been updated since may 2019, so it might also simply not be compatible?
I recently bought the game so I dont know when it was last updated :)
It will grab outsourcing if you have extra cash, nothing else, you are still free to choose what to research, or not research.
Outsourcing seems to be free?
It's in a savegame though, so I dunno if it's just a little bug there..
I'm too cheap to outsource, but I like unlimited power so I keep this mod installed so I can cackle madly every time I see the maximum outsource orders go up.
