suggestions on troubleshooting the drift?

no other thrusters present except this drive. this was actually a station at first. just wondering on operation. could i get a better instruction manual? i have the main timer set for trigger now. not following on how to self stop. still have a .92 m/s or so drift. not a full stop.

just looking for ideas/suggestions.

is the orientation based upon the flight seat orientation? (yes my ship is big and uniform in shape.) so, i am still trying to figure out which way is forward.. lol
