Great Mod! Only issue I've had is the wingless dragons (for Morgoth) can't seem to be produced. I think it might be them being "outdated" immediately by winged dragons if that helps as they're both recon.

Olwe cannot make missionaries. I think the Mallorn Tree is not counting as a shrine correctly, as shrines are needed to make missionaries

great mod, as I really enjoyed reading silmarillion, but it will be better for you to add some leaders from the people of eden, Baren and Hulin for example, and it will fantastic if u can make of map mod of second age middle earth with the island of elenna

Findol's Noldor Eagle unit is crazy powerful literally killing eveything in one hit and taking at least 8 units to kill in one turn.

Thanks for your feedback, I found the problem.

This building had a restriction to be built only on the capital, but for some weird reason this made that other capital players had the Elven Halls.
Now, this building only has the restriction to one instance per player.

So I am running yout LOTR, LOTR First Age, ASOI&F, and WOW. And it seems like unrelated nations are getting Elven Halls to start with. So far this has happened with John Curtain and Edmure Tully. And Elven Halls seem to stop me from building later teir walls.

I don't think I have played enough to speak to the balance between the mod's civilizations. And so far your mods have been loads of fun regardless of balance. To be honest my last comment about the balance between modded and unmodded civilizations was sort of dumb, cause I really don't care if the mod's nations are balanced with the base game's nations. As long as there is wild shit happening and Jon Snow is locked in an eternal war with Poland and Aragorn I'm a happy camper.

These mods are the sort of thing I always want to do but am to lazy to get around to.

Thanks, I found the problem regarding the river adjacency bonus. Instead of giving the extra culture to the Elven House it was giving it to the Elven Tower.

About the balancing of the civilizations, I wanted to make them more or less balanced with the civilizations of this mod. It is difficult to consider which ones are too powerful or too weak, I’m open to suggestions of which leaders or improvements should be changed.

Hey, I noticed that the Elven House's description states that it grants "1 Culture and +1 Culture if next to a river". However, it does not appear to be gaining the second culture when placed next to a river. The other effect of gaining faith when next to a forest works fine. To be honest the nation feels op as hell (relative to the base game's nations) so I don't mind. That said I don't think(?) you are balancing around the base game's nations.

I had this issue when playing Dior. I have your other middle earth mod and your ASOI&F mod running as well as Steel Legion and Yet (not) another map pack running which I suppose could potentially be causing a conflict.
