Report a translation problem
A small suggestion, instead of auto-inserting the skins in the player's inventory, why not have a AE Table that allows us to craft the skin by spending the pertinent artifact? :)
i will investigate if there is currently an issue, however, i should mention (it is said in the details above also) Devious artifact will give you invisibility and noaggro, BUT it will not cancel aggro, anything that is already aggrod will not de aggro, you must maintain being invisible and crouched to maintain noaggro

where we do mention on our mods on server page that there can be changes to mods based on if the mod can be balanced if not despite my best efforts we remove and replace in this case you may want to have a WIP on this mod if your really pressed for time and just simply say that it will be added when its updated :/ sorry i cannot be more assistance
Which is a shame, because the concept is extremely appealing to both my playerbase and me as an admin. But because this server is meticulously balanced, having AE in as it exists throws too much of a curveball. The next planned update to the mod is to enable effect strength configuration on a per-artifact basis, so this is a required update for this mod to exist on this server.
So I guess to clarify, my knocking below wasn't of impatience, but of desire to hear something from the developer, as that will ultimately decide how artifacts are used/what they mean to the playerbase of the server (with traditional uses disabled).
i will be returning to development on this soon, ive been revisiting my old mods and adding extinction content to them one by one ever since the dev kit update got released, thank you for finding several of the bugs i havent fixed - i believe i fixed most if not everything - when i do make an update with the extinction artifacts i will have a full list of changes/fixes

Alternatively, I guess you could make the same AE offhand but as a Dinosaur Costume? To equip them to dinosaurs? Give fliers a higher stamina regen to take off quicker, Clever to make them level up faster, Immune to stop them being liable to status effects etc etc. Just an Idea :D
1) its kinda the idea behind it, you need the vanilla artifacts to get the ability, i had to use skins because you cant equip an unmodded artifact or skin it to an item.. so you need the actual artifacts to keep the ability, removing the artifact loses the skin and ability and unequips the AE so you can use a different skin quickly,i did not want to have the skins usable on their own
2)i could probably add the XP buff to dinos in range like i did with the Pack healing, but i did not do it for all of the artifact abilities specifically because i wanted the Player to get the ability and not the mount, i let Pack have the healing ability because of its Namesake, Pack implies the ability to help your teammates, and thats why i chose Devious to only apply the invivbility to iteslf because of the artifacts description implying a selfish intent
1. Not require the real artifact in the player's inventory. Removing the artifact from your inventory gets rid of the skin, even if it's applied to your AEOffhand but I think it should stay to the offhand item when you remove the artifact, but it loses it's assigned artifact when you drop the offhand?
2.Could some artifacts be applied to the mount you're currently on? Eg: Wielding the Artifact of the Clever, the double XP spreads to the dino you're riding. Make it apply to almost all the artifacts (as some might not be able to be passed to mounts)
All in all, lovely mod. For players like me who don't 100% care about farming for bosses, we can use the artifacts to boost our ability to do things.
hey man modding is super fun, i enjoy it more than playing the actual game, if you got some good ideas you could download the dev kit and make em happen theres lots of good tutorials these days.. the pedestal idea would be interesting to implement in this.. if you have discord message about the idea on there
I believe i fixed everything you mentioned:
*Brute has dropped its damage buff
*Strong has been nerfed* (lol) to 5x player melee damage
*Immune should now protect against poison wyvern gas damage
*minus the steadyaim as i wasnt able to reproduce that, maybe i should rephrase what it actually is..(from the shadow steak saute buff) its Weapon Recoil Reduction... technically not the sway of the bow, are you seeing recoil reduction go back to normal randomly?
im cooking a patch update and it should be live in a couple hrs
Lol awesome glad to hear you like it, i was frustrated that artifacts only could be used in a displaycase or a bossbattle so i made this based off someones idea in the survivetheark forums.. Are you talkin about having... A totem.. Like the vanilla artifact pedestal that does all the custom buffs the AE does? Yeah its doable to make a placeable structure like that, i almost did that in the begining lol i went with the offhand slot Implant because i thought mobility would be preferred
Strong... might be overkill... but i wanted massive increase in playermelee, i suppose it is too much so ill lower it a bit... if you tried punching a dodo youd probably kill yourself - was my rational.. youd get around that with tools i guess lol
I cannot seem to replicate the issue youre having, all of my tests show that devious is working as intended, the compilation picture at the top of the workshop page shows that Devious (4th from the left) doesnt do cammo when uncrouched and that picture is from the latest version.. Try removing the mod folder and redownloading
Really enjoying this mod btw, has given us incentive to go back for artifacts we haven't needed in quite awhile just for the buffs.
Thats the original intention yeah i didnt want them to save on server reboot or character log off.. Mostly cause i imagined a logged off player having AE equipped and recieving the buff indefinitely for example logging out and continue gaining xp, or the destroyer skin etc..
Its because Steam didnt like that the pics i posted originally of the Human Survivor didnt have armor on.. They Thought it was age inappropriate, ive since reuploaded the pics with armor.. And the notice appears to have gone away.
To anyone having issues downloading or subscribing like @paul_robinson i also noticed that the filesize is 0mb ever since the pictures were blurred. It wasnt 0mb when i uploaded it. i am working on an iniconfig that will disable specific skins if the admin/owner doesn't like the ability.. So when i upload the patch for the ini config it should fix the 0mb thing..
im not sure either, is it just this mod or all of mine? i havent blocked you, if you were blocked youd not have been able to comment and you would still be able to download it.. ive noticed that Steam didnt like the pictures i posted saying they were age inappropriate so ill have to reupload them, i highly doubt thats whats giving you an error...shot in the dark.. do you have SteamGuard Authentication?
