I love this shotgun! So much better to have equipment that looks like it has been used in battle.

It's a new item, but has the same stats as the vanilla X2 shotgun. Or should anyways.

That's actually something I'm testing out in the Imperial weapon pack. For the most part it seems to work alright, but you need a new game to get the full effect. Trying to figure out how to fix that though.

Keep up the good work. With Mass Effect Andromeda being such a huge fail and boring, forgettable game, I now pretend XCOM 2 is Mass Effect 4.

Pushed out an update to the weapon today. It's now using the WotC PBR shader, and vanilla stats for range and construction fees

Is it possible to make a weapon from the Mass Effect only for magnetic weapons, and from Star Wars only for beam weapons

it would be great if you could try making them again haha because im scratching my head looking for the same mods @Ven mentioned and they are no where to be found. It's unfortunate, I was planning on subscribing to them ready to start a mass effect run through. but either way i know this is busy work for you modders so if you get to it, it would be much appreciated!

Are you the one that made the Argus and Widowmaker ports to XCOM? I noticed they've been deleted from the workshop - I litterally cant play because my most recent save is mid-mission with soldiers having equiped it, the game crashes every time i try to load it because the workshop files dont exist anymore.

Viper is intentional. I gave it a wider degree of damage, similar to the Mass Effect games.

@Lord_Poncho57 I think it was the same for the M97 Viper as well. Was a bit scary expecting to take down a 3hp trooper in one shot and plinking him for 2 damage with a sniper rifle. :)

Thanks for the work on the mod. However I think you might have the damage a bit askew in the weapons config files. Currently the Katana is 4 Damage, 2 Spread and 1 Crit.

M23KATANA_BASEDAMAGE=(Damage=4, Spread=2, PlusOne=0, Crit=1, Pierce=1, Shred=0, Tag="", DamageType="Projectile_Conventional")

I thought it was a bit weird I hit someone point blank flanked with the shotgun and did 3 damage total for a crit. (2 base +1 for crit).

I can't mod to save my life, but should it be something like:

M23KATANA_BASEDAMAGE=(Damage=5, Spread=1, PlusOne=0, Crit=3, Pierce=1, Shred=0, Tag="", DamageType="Projectile_Conventional")

Which gives 4-6 damage base and +3 for a crit? (I think?)

Thank you for this ! However, you seem to have given this shotgun a weird range table - it looks like a sniper rifle range table, as you get -20 aim at close range up to 0 at very long range, which is obviously a problem with a shotgun :)

Um, don't mean to be that one guy, but you said Conventional for both the base form and the Elerium/Plasma teir for the weapon. Should be Conventional, Magnetic, and Plasma. Not Conv./Mag/Conv.

@Kingjello That's because I need to go back and change how the two rifles are loaded into the game. As for appearing three times, are you referring to conventional, magnetic, and beam tiers?

some how only the shotgun and sniper rifle mod work for me, but i see it 3 times in my weapons list in game, your other 2 weapon mods dont even show up in game

Make sure when you're porting that N7 LMG to properly size it. the Vanilla one we had was about half the size it shoulda been in someone's hands (which kinda makes the whole "bullet shield" on it kinda useless)

My bad if you didn't understand.
When i finished my research for weapon T2, i was able to craft the Magnetic M23 Katana.
Normaly when i select a craft there's informations window on the right side with a picture, price and time needed. The picture is missing and there's a Rainbow picture
