@Hotrod McCoolguy Thanks for the feedback mate. When I originally ported this there was no bone controls for those fabric pieces (I believe unreal engine doesn't need that). So I didn't want to bother to add myself but it's not something I didn't think about.. So yeah there is a possibility.
@NoName Its because of there are lots of jigglebones on body such as those body cuts/slashes. To fix this, load up your model then right click on it; Utilities -> Bake Procedural Bones. This will allow you to control jigglebones now. After you do that you can scale the model however you want.
