Well, the shoulder pauldron is a very nice addition to the soldier, however it would need to look like it is part of the soldier. This looks very unatural for the soldier, so you would need to improve on the texturing and the model itself.

Looks fine, except for the logo. It just seems...misfit. Like it's a sticker in the Soldier's back
