I use itain RE (havent tested it in 1.5) for ground base. Basically u need to add generator before u even turn it on, put a teleporter and u r ok. Amazing work :)

It would be a total overhaul to be honest. This base doesnt make allot of sense in A12. Would likely make a totally new version

I didnt get too in depth but I cant get the thing to place properly anymore and all the caqrgo box's need to be replaced since the ones your using are obsolete now

Yes I saw the recipe and the quantities but wanted to know how you knew how many of each you needed to make, didn't know if you used a spreadsheet to do it or not

Don't think I need 6, maybe just a couple, If you not got a spreadsheet I guess I try and knock one up to calculate how many plants I need

Yeah I tried but didn’t want to make it any bigger. This is heavy end game base too and fuel shouldn’t be a large issue at that point

One suggestion only, and it's not even a big one: no small solar panels, like those on the side. I'd prefer to see less large ones in the same space, with your creative fill blocks to make 'em look cool. While they help, this guy snarfs fuel when the weapons and big equipment are active: furnace, deconstructor, constructors, etc.. As configured, with "block limits" on, only a handful of auxilary large panels can be attached to it and they're not near enough to offset the hard fuel use. Yes, additional fuel tanks can be added, but that's kinda missing the point. :-D

Dropped this on a gnarly Snow planet, on hard and went all in. This is a great base! Way heavy on the heavy weapons (flak, plasma, laser, etc.) for PVE, but a wicked PVP starter with some strategically placed "enhancements". Well done and thanks!

Haha thanks dpburke2. It's meant for SV Cargo builds like the Dropbox 1x1 by Seven. they are very easy to design yourself as well. I will post a Side load version of Seven's build to go with this.

I am trying to figure out what is supposed to go in the space labeled "Cargo". Now I am glad I went searching your workshop and found the Cargo PUP, but that HV has to got to be too big for that space unless my eyes are playing tricks on me. Still, I found the Cargo PUP, so I guess even if it still puzzles me it was worth the time.

This is by far, IMO, is the coolest looking, outrageously functional, base you've put out yet. I could write a book on all the wild details/components in here, but I'll leave that discovery to others. That's half the fun, right? I just set up the Lvl 10 (?) Rampart base last night -- also a kicking base! -- but I'm thinking I may have to upgrade. lol

Is armored concrete tougher than combat steel? I think it could be built with combat steel if its tougher since at this point there shouldn't be any resources issues. Not complete blind spots but I mean.. At certain angles, only some turrets are able to fire.

Thanks styLmntz! It's def end game optional and meant for heavy application. PVP Grade applications. All side mounted turrets are backed up by upper turrets, not sure about blind spots.

Wow that's a lot of stone dusts. This is my first time seeing a 5 digit requirement. Seems like there're a few turret blind spots which players could exploit. Otherwise, impressive! Looks really good!
