For some reason this mod makes the main character from my party neutral(yellow) to every enemy, even on the final boss, Kraken and Braccus would just ignore me and kill my companions

Thing of note for anyone downloading this. The author of this mod had a raging hardon for enemeis with Stun/Frozen spam as almost all fights the mod ads will consist of enemies perma-stunning your party. So you better put Indomitable talent on all your characters, or you are going to have a very bad time

It's too bad there isn't a mod that respawns the regular encounters for grinding loot; it would be even better if there were an option to zero out the XP on the respawns so as to keep the overall game balanced.

Just to make the comment below me a little more clear: this mod adds a bunch of void salamanders to the beach in the swamps near fort joy where the mod Happily Emmie After has you send Buddy to wait for Emmie. It's close to where you enter the swamp if you take the little boat out of fort joy. Because Buddy is quite weak the enemies will kill him, making the quest impossible to complete. You can fix this by simply clearing the void salamanders out BEFORE you tell Buddy that you have found Emmie and want to help her escape fort joy.

Gonan have to disagree with many of these comments. Add this to the game on your second playthrough to keep it from being so predictable and give it a challenge. The biggest downfall of this game is that no fight is randomized in the slightest. If you have a half decent memory you can and will be ready for every single fight long befre it comes and you will shit stomp them unless purposely trying something stupid. This at least gives you some unknown.

Don't get this mod, you can completely ruin your game on higher difficulty settings. The encounters are just too large, and aren't balanced at all, and are in the way of quests and attack NPCs. You will come across forces of 12+ monsters that are the special sort of monster you normally only fight 4 or so at a time of because they do 2-3x as much damage or have crazy immunities or CC. I have had to cheese my way through many, many encounters, killing a few mobs, teleporting and running away, and coming back to take on more. Avoid this mod.

yknow I wouldn't recommend getting this mod right now, seeing as it's kinda dumb in the beginning. I like more encounters and whatnot, but not when those encounters consist of say... 10 or so frogs... INSIDE of fort joy, 6 or 7 of which spam so much poison your entire party save undead members are pretty much fucked. Poison waves, massive clouds of it, attacks are poison, and spits poison, the other 3 spam superconductor, electric discharge, and other air-based attacks to stunlock your party inside the poison. It wouldn't be a problem if there were like 4-5 frogs, but it's ridiculous this early lol

Since I'm not the original creator of this mod, I don't know if it was intended , but yes there are that many frogs and crocs.
That's way too much imo, but I won't change anything since I was only given permission to import the mod to the DE and reupload it, but not to change anything.

what a nice mod, this is what divinity needed, but i think due to another mod, the enemies are spawning at triple their numbers lol, which also buffs them with random effects, which makes these fights challenging af!!!!

I am not the creator of this mod.
I have only ported it to the Definitive Edition.
I had nothing to do with the balancing, but I'm pretty sure the original creator intended this mod to be played with a full party, since you can easily get outnumbered as you have experienced already.

I like the mod. But i can not play it together with your spawnmod. Its unplayable.

For example: Fort Joy the frogs. To many of them. You can not kill them in 2 turns (1turn stun). If 5 survive your 2 turns, they kill you.

But i am playing als lone wolf and attack them with my char and and NPC. At the beginning you do not have enough cc´s to handle with and the hp/armor of the frogs is to high to kill them fast. 8 frogs with 65hp+armor during lvl2-3... impossible.

@caligalux, this is a known issue for many mods for the Definitive Edition. Your mods are loaded from your MyDocuments folder. However, most mods are saved onto the workshop/content folder. Maybe a glitch? So, to have those mods properly loaded, you have to:

1) Find the Folder in steamapps/workshop/content that contains DOS 2 mods. You can figure out which one it is by reading the file name. e.g. VoidKnightClass.....

2) Copy + paste the mod files to your Documents/Larian Studios/Dos2 Definitive Edition/Mods folder.

Make sure you have selected the "Definitive Edition" of the game and not "Classic" in the launcher.
Also make sure you have checked it in the "Mods" menu option and hit "Confirm".

@XXYY君 As the descriptions say, this adds new encounters in previously empty areas and the other spawns more monsters in existing fights. You can find a number of XP mods in the workshop with varying %s from 75% all the way down to 25%. Which you use will depend on how quickly you're outlevelling areas. I'd suggest just starting with a more lenient one and then you can always switch up mid-playthrough depending on how quickly you seem to be outlevelling the areas.

It would take some time doing this for every act though and I work pretty slow right now due to mental health issues, so don't expect anything too soon. :sfsmug:
