it doesnt work even if i put it at last of mod list ，but the language of mage-description been changed .what make it .

If you put it under Odinsblade mods, it works but it overwrites some of his skills. so you lose part of the mod.

So I got it to work. I put it UNDER all the Odinblade mods and hurray, I'm OP :steamhappy:

Finally. I've been waiting fot this. (Less) Fast casting mages was a must have for mages since they are pretty useless once they use up their repetoir of spells
