@H3LLGHA5T As which nation? You can't perform a decision depending on the nation for example, North Africa can't be puppeted by Egypt or Libya, West Africa can't be puppeted by Liberia, as so on.

Yes I do, I just annexed all colonial powers to test if the decision shows up

@H3LLGHA5T Do you control at least one of the key provinces from the description for the African regions? Not all provinces will show you the decision, once you capture a province with a certain city the decision will become visible.

The modification has been updated, allowing the African regions to be puppeted.

Notice: Africa is in the works with North Africa being complete, once all regions are done I will upload the newest version.

Can you add Illyria as a puppet state for the area of Bosnia, Croatia, and Montenegro?

This mod is not compatible with Millenium Dawn, because Millenium Dawn has a custom "/common/countries/colors.txt" for the colors of their nations.
