Maybe you can try placing LtD above HU 2019 and let us know what happen.
Sad to see her stacks are reduced. However, what's her "Shard Bonus"? is that in reference to the CoM shards?
that being said, this mod is a flavor mod. it's meant to make these classes more immersive and RPish and to give players more options when it comes to farming different items. and i don't feel that these changes unbalanced the game too much, certainly not as extreme as you like to paint it here. and from what i can tell a lot of ppl agree with me as this is a trending mod since pretty much its release.
On one side you are giving a huge incentive to bringe 2 classes that are already pretty strong (thus making them just way more desirable than any others), and on the other side you removed half the benefit of the Antiquarian, turning it from a "high risk, high reward" character to a "high risk, low reward".
The Antiquarian is extremely weak in combat to balance the fact that she's supposed to let you find and carry way more gold than you normally can.
Nerfing that part of her kit, without buffing her, while giving farm buff to other heroes who are already thuned as "pure combat" heroes create just a lot of imbalance.
There's no downside to bringing a Grave Robber or a Highwayman.
i peaked into the "Bigger Inventory Only" mod and as far as i can tell there will only be one file where the two mods will conflict. so you have to make a choice, you can go with all the stack sizes from BIO and only take the increased looting chance from this mod or you give up the stack size increase the Antiquarian provides and go with the stack sizes from LTD.
but if you ask me, your best bet is to only use BIO and use the Antiquarians ability to generate trinkets while camping, as the added chance the Grave Robber provides is no guarantee you'll get any trinkets at all.
i agree, your ideas would add some interesting functionality to a lot of classes. ultimately though i think those are ideas for a different mod. :)
also, there might even already be stacking mods that have changes like that implemented.
So, a few ideas here~
Some classes could increase the stack size of supply items: Like GR for Shovel, PD for Antivenom, Arb/Musk for Bandages etc. etc.
Additionally, some classes could increase stack size for "gather" items by 1. Arb/Musk and PD for medicine, Vestal/Crusader for holy relics etc. etc.
You could give various small stacking/farming bonus to multiple classes. Just make sure that Antiq is THE best for gold(Maybe give Antiq multiple stacking bonus: Tapestries, Trapezohedron, Skel Keys, torches and Heirlooms, for example).
This would make party-building more interesting and reduce the overall grind a little bit, while adding more flavour.
Still, good mod so far, enjoying the spread out of grinding ability!
