does it works?

Honestly I like this, it gives more reason to have different party types rather than always bringing an antiquarian along.
Bombermans 14 Jan, 2021 @ 6:23am
Does this work with colors of madness?
Birb Child 19 Nov, 2019 @ 7:38pm
I don't think it works for me.
Merik72 24 May, 2019 @ 8:09pm
Doesn't this just make Highwayman more OP?
Eleongo 12 Feb, 2019 @ 4:37am
@LunarServant I haven't personally test it, but when i compare the files among those 2 mods my understandings is if you place LtD below HU 2019, you may be able to get LtD features but any class skill tweaks from HU 2019 will not work because LtD loads last.

Maybe you can try placing LtD above HU 2019 and let us know what happen.

i don't know, sry
LunarServant 6 Feb, 2019 @ 8:11pm
do you know if this is compatible with Heroes Unchained 2019?

I have a question, if I use an inventory stacking mod and this will one overwrite the other depending on load order since they both alter stack sizes? can I load this one before the invenotry one to get both the bonus loot from this one and the increased stacks of the inventory mod?
TheJollyKraut  [author] 5 Oct, 2018 @ 1:21am
yes, with the Antiquarian one gets 15% more shards from CoM dungeons. not sure if that's a flat bonus or incremental like the other boni though.
Damon_Vi 4 Oct, 2018 @ 8:51pm
This mod is great, since now i dont have to turn exclusively to the Antiq for gold farming by using the (better class) Highwayman, and Grave Robber now makes Heirloom farming a true-blue thing.

Sad to see her stacks are reduced. However, what's her "Shard Bonus"? is that in reference to the CoM shards?
Black Adder 29 Sep, 2018 @ 5:12pm
Antiquarian is not dead weight either. I use the crap out of her party dodge buff.

Dab on them haters
TheJollyKraut  [author] 29 Sep, 2018 @ 1:34am
like Lerronin said, no one is forcing you to install the mod, so if you don't like it don't play it. it's as simple as that.

that being said, this mod is a flavor mod. it's meant to make these classes more immersive and RPish and to give players more options when it comes to farming different items. and i don't feel that these changes unbalanced the game too much, certainly not as extreme as you like to paint it here. and from what i can tell a lot of ppl agree with me as this is a trending mod since pretty much its release.
Melodic Aria 28 Sep, 2018 @ 6:32pm
It's just a mod dude, it adds a little bit of variety to farming and it's fun. Nobody is forcing you to play with it if you find it unbalanced.
[HN] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 2:17pm
So you think it's good that now the highwayman & Grave robber have a strong farm advantage over every other classes in the game while being as good as them? Or that the Antiquarian has lost most of its farm power while being still extremly weak in combat?
TheJollyKraut  [author] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 2:14pm
well, sounds to me that i did everything right then.
[HN] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 1:04pm
It's more than that.
On one side you are giving a huge incentive to bringe 2 classes that are already pretty strong (thus making them just way more desirable than any others), and on the other side you removed half the benefit of the Antiquarian, turning it from a "high risk, high reward" character to a "high risk, low reward".
TheJollyKraut  [author] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 12:42pm
i see. so bringing a Grave Robber or Highwayman would break the game then?
[HN] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 12:21pm
The balance of the character compared to what they bring farm-wise.

The Antiquarian is extremely weak in combat to balance the fact that she's supposed to let you find and carry way more gold than you normally can.

Nerfing that part of her kit, without buffing her, while giving farm buff to other heroes who are already thuned as "pure combat" heroes create just a lot of imbalance.

There's no downside to bringing a Grave Robber or a Highwayman.
TheJollyKraut  [author] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 10:21am
what balance?
[HN] 28 Sep, 2018 @ 8:44am
The idea is interesting but you missed something pretty important : The Antiquarian is thuned to be a dead weight in the party to balance her huge farming potential, nerfing her farming potential and giving farming potential to classes that aren't intentionally underthune isn't really a good idea balance-wise.

I lost 4 of my best survivors, now im f***ing depressed! :-(

Alrighty! Thank you for being very infortmative! (And its okay you deleted the comment lmao. I use a trackpad so I missclick things all the time).
TheJollyKraut  [author] 27 Sep, 2018 @ 12:03pm
no, the increased chance of looting trinkets is something i added...

i peaked into the "Bigger Inventory Only" mod and as far as i can tell there will only be one file where the two mods will conflict. so you have to make a choice, you can go with all the stack sizes from BIO and only take the increased looting chance from this mod or you give up the stack size increase the Antiquarian provides and go with the stack sizes from LTD.

but if you ask me, your best bet is to only use BIO and use the Antiquarians ability to generate trinkets while camping, as the added chance the Grave Robber provides is no guarantee you'll get any trinkets at all.

sry, deleted your comment by mistake...
TheJollyKraut  [author] 27 Sep, 2018 @ 10:47am
i was thinking about pretty much the same changes, even stacking boni for quest items and such, when i was looking at the files but then decided against it since it's just too much. this mod is suppose to be a simple flavor mod to get a bit more immersion out of these classes and an option to grind heirlooms. adding the highwayman into the mix was actually a last minute decision.

i agree, your ideas would add some interesting functionality to a lot of classes. ultimately though i think those are ideas for a different mod. :)

also, there might even already be stacking mods that have changes like that implemented.
MelodyFunction 27 Sep, 2018 @ 10:25am
Interesting mod, but I feel it could be expanded a lot. Personally, I find the inventory system to be a bit too restrictive. Gems are, oftentimes, very difficult to take along - there are just too many of them in the game.
So, a few ideas here~
Some classes could increase the stack size of supply items: Like GR for Shovel, PD for Antivenom, Arb/Musk for Bandages etc. etc.
Additionally, some classes could increase stack size for "gather" items by 1. Arb/Musk and PD for medicine, Vestal/Crusader for holy relics etc. etc.

You could give various small stacking/farming bonus to multiple classes. Just make sure that Antiq is THE best for gold(Maybe give Antiq multiple stacking bonus: Tapestries, Trapezohedron, Skel Keys, torches and Heirlooms, for example).

This would make party-building more interesting and reduce the overall grind a little bit, while adding more flavour.
TheJollyKraut  [author] 27 Sep, 2018 @ 7:09am
Very likely. But if you're using a stacking mod then there is no point in using this mod anyways. ;)
Uno 27 Sep, 2018 @ 6:57am
Does this affect / conflict with the stacking mod at all? (Which overall increases stacking of money / heirlooms) ?
Melodic Aria 26 Sep, 2018 @ 12:04pm
Sounds like a nice and kinda fun change, think I'll enjoy using this next time I play. Thanks for the lovely mod!
AbyssalEden 26 Sep, 2018 @ 9:30am
All three in party for maximum coinage.
Dem Ballz OP 25 Sep, 2018 @ 10:37pm
I get ya, just was thinking about how shes been used as a Gold Farmer at the time, and uncommon go for a pretty penny xD I still think the grave robber change would be fun though. Then again. . . always been a fan of the robber and felt sad shes been dissed so much. Bias Bias :P
TheJollyKraut  [author] 25 Sep, 2018 @ 2:21pm
that wouldn't be a problem at all. i just don't understand why though as this would kinda defeat the purpose of having those distinctions. if uncommon trickets would be widely availiable then they wouldn't be that uncommon anymore, would they!? ;)
Dem Ballz OP 25 Sep, 2018 @ 11:56am
I like the mod but I'm wondering if it'd be possible to add to the Antiquarian an altered ratio on common, uncommon, and rare trinkets. To give a higher chance of uncommon trinkets overall if shes in the party but lower rare and common chance. On the flipside, giving the grave robber a more common/rare lean on the ratio. Thus making the Antiquarian an assured decent trinket chance but making the robber the gamble at more rare and far more useful trinkets. I. . . have a feeling that is a bit too much to ask for but its a thought!

Still, good mod so far, enjoying the spread out of grinding ability!
Ajax Thy Knight 25 Sep, 2018 @ 12:54am
Nice idea, Hopefully this helps Grave Robber get out of debt
