Cool mod. I would like to ask an odd question. What is the font you used for the preview image?
Bar0th 29 Feb, 2020 @ 3:34pm
No Debris 1.1 is up. I have not added multi-version support, since this one was uploaded by james. When he returns, the 2 can be merged at that time (as a multi-version mod), or kept as separate mods.

This mod makes Rimworld look a hundred times better, could we get a 1.1 update?
Mr-Bandit 29 Feb, 2020 @ 2:51am
@Bar0th maybe you need to take over :/
Styke 26 Feb, 2020 @ 7:00pm
Much needed for my dwarven mountain kingdom
Bar0th 24 Feb, 2020 @ 8:18pm
I can update the files if he needs it, but it doesn't look like james has been on in a while to upload a multi-version of the mod.
Eyeofstorms 24 Feb, 2020 @ 7:24pm
any hope of this getting a 1.1 update?
Mysterius 18 Sep, 2019 @ 2:05am
Thanks james and Bar0th for keeping this alive.

@1stReaper totally forgot to do that with the update, thanks!

Hey james,
just figured i'd drop in a note, about this mod,
it tells me it requires something from hugslib,

so im guessing it could be a good idea to add a Hugslib as a required file for this mod

it tells me

"Missing Library
No Debris 1.0 requires the HugsLib library to work properly.
Would you like to download it now?

I updated this mod with code from Bar0th. Although I've tested it, please let me know if there are any problems or issues you experience.
james76543  [author] 25 May, 2019 @ 10:04am
@Bar0th sure, I'm happy to switch to a more appropriate method, if you send me the file I'll test with it and rerelease it.
Bar0th 24 May, 2019 @ 5:04am
When replacing vanilla textures, and using the same paths and filenames as the originals, you don't need the defs at all. RImWorld will simply read the modded images before the internal ones. So, you can delete the scatter xml altogether, and it will still work.

Part of my local mod simply makes SectionLayer_TerrainScatter.Visible always return false, so the entire scatter layer isn't even drawn (also affects mods with scatter, that have custom abstracts). If you want to switch to that method, let me know and I'll give you the code for it. Then it won't use xml's or png's, just a tiny dll.

@zozilin, thanks, I just updated it, but I'm pretty sure all it's doing is just overwriting the image filepath or something for the stone tiles so they don't have any debris shown on them (so hopefully that's ok!)
zozilin 24 Mar, 2019 @ 1:40pm
Found this thing that says that overwriting vanilla bases is bad. https://github.com/RimWorld-CCL-Reborn/AllYourBase/ and it tells me this mod overwrites SmearRoot and StoneRoot
I am sure you have your reasons to do it (I have no idea how to code) but wanted to share just in case.
james76543  [author] 23 Feb, 2019 @ 8:00am
@Nokrin it should be, yes. It only changes a couple of texture files in the game. Always make a backup though!
AAAAAAAAAAAA 9 Feb, 2019 @ 5:15pm
is this savegame compatible?
Friendly Noob 15 Jan, 2019 @ 3:34pm
ok
james76543  [author] 13 Jan, 2019 @ 10:07am
@EP!C it just replaces the textures for the debris with textures that don't have any debris, no mod option or clicking required. If it's not working, do you have another mod that adds debris in their default textures maybe? Send me a pm with your load order and some screenshots and I can help.
Friendly Noob 12 Jan, 2019 @ 9:21am
do you have the mod turned on in the mod tab in the menu?
if so its not my mod and i dont know
PandaWaffles 10 Jan, 2019 @ 5:45pm
Doesn't seem to work for me. Do you have to click something, or should the debris just poof?
Friendly Noob 7 Jan, 2019 @ 3:43pm
your welcome
BooyaPow 29 Dec, 2018 @ 7:27pm

A must have, in my opinion.

Woops!
Ironman_Mk11 19 Oct, 2018 @ 10:58pm
I see the version has been updated to 1.0, but the name still says B18. May want to change that!

Thanks for this mod, absolutely unplayable without it!:steamhappy:

I'll just go out on a limb here and say a foot stash should always be a few feet away from the med bay
imwithdummy 29 Sep, 2018 @ 7:49pm
Lol!
Shoot, we're not uncivilized here, a foot stash serves a perfectly legitimate purpose, in a way, probably. A messed up floor does not, no question.
james76543  [author] 29 Sep, 2018 @ 6:10pm
Hey that's why I updated and posted! It's a simple mod, but man it's weird looking to see a bunch of rocks in your freshly smoothed marble! I mean yeah there's blood and insect guts and maybe a foot or something but I'm saving that for later.
imwithdummy 29 Sep, 2018 @ 12:48pm
"Finally the game is playable again." Someone has serious OCD issues lol
james76543  [author] 29 Sep, 2018 @ 8:07am
@Korvo I'm not really sure. I think based on the texture files that it's for all debris not just when it's smoothed.
Korvo 29 Sep, 2018 @ 2:24am
Very nice. Does this only apply to stone floor that a constructor has SMOOTHED?
Sakujo 28 Sep, 2018 @ 5:24am
Thank you!
Clean water 27 Sep, 2018 @ 3:57am
cool~! thanks :)

Lol woops didn't change the title!
BlueTressym 26 Sep, 2018 @ 6:32am
Thank you for updating this :) You might want to adjust the name though, if it's a B19 mod, just to avoid confusion.
