You could subscribe this map and then play it with bots by opening play with bots and selecting the workshop-tab. There you can select another tab but casual or competitive and then select the map.

If you want to play it online, I think you need to invite your friends to a match, select it and then start the match, because I doubt there's a server hosting it for you to join sololy.

I've played on this map once when a friend invited me, now I don't know how to get back to it. Any help appreciated.
