This does not require Dawnguard or any DLC. The added vampire NPC should be relatively friendly even to non-vampire characters. I'm not a very experienced modder, so I wasn't able to perfect the mod's more complicated elements.

Does this require DawnGuard and do yo need to be a vampire for the other vampires to be friendly?

Actually, my Creation Kit will not fully load for me. Don't have any idea what is wrong at the moment but it freezes and makes the program close every time I try to load it to work on this mod. Maybe it will fix in the next update, who knows? I will keep trying but no promises, unfortunately. I seriously want to make this mod awesome for all you guys who have been so faithful to it, but I can't do any work at the moment. It is very frustrating, but I am trying my best. Please be patient, and I PROMISE that a new, better, non-bugged version will be out as soon as I can. This is my new project, and I am excited to get it working.

Sorry everyone, but I will not be working on this mod anymore. Message me if you want permission to work on it. I have started work on new Vampire Lair mod. It will take some time, but when it is finished it will have many of the things you all are suggesting.

Could you add actual vamps that will attack (if you're not a vampire) since you ARE in THEIR den?

Ah, no I have not worked on the mod at all since he brought that to my attention. I have been very busy with school. Finals week just ended, so I will try to fix any problems with this mod within the next week or so.

bobrockstar in The whiterun den i store my items/etc and then when i come back to return it this happens: my Skyrim freezes/unfreezes then i die... i re-load go back in the den. and the same :L

in The Den with another vampire [ Not Going To Spoil ] you cant use any beds because you are "apparently" being asked to leave

you should expand all the den to be have a bit larger and with more npc vampires.The vampires could also should have a decent size catacombs system[sorta mini dungeon] in every den with many random things such as monsters that respawn.Also the catacombs system could double as a mini quest area.

@frank Hmmm. I can understand why it wouldn't be compatible with open cities, but it is odd that the map markers were still there. I think I could make it compatible with open cities, but I would probably have to do some research and testing to figure it out. There would probably have to be an entirely separate mod of the vampire dens created and designed to coexist with open cities. I am currently focusing on improving the main aspects of this mod and making it compatible with most other mods, but I may find time in the future to make it work with open cities.

The vampire dens aren't compatible with the "Open cities" mod. So I had to get rid of open cities, since the doors disapeared. Although the map markers were still there.

I would love to add a vampire clan and quests, but I do not have the time right now. I do not know how to do this either, but hopefully I will learn and find time to work on it after school ends in may.
