For Limestone - it has the following set in my game : 232,225,20
I've changed that to be: 250, 242, 205 - and it looks great.
Remember, one needs to Exit to OS and restart the game for the option to take effect.
I wasn't sure because your last activity was more than a year ago.
It's always such an unsettling uncertainty whether mods you like will make the transition to a new version.
Anyway, as this mod is 'just' a retexturing job (or is it?), I'm sure you won't break anything.
And even if you do, I'll simply unsubscribe and resubscribe.
For now, it always worked for me doing so.
I hope, this will be true when the DLC drops. (There will be new materials introduced after all.)
But you can find me on github under the same name. I just updated this mod there and I guess I should also update the rest. I've been a bit lazy about non-Steam releases.
Steam Library\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1524681306\Patches has three xml files that can be edited with any text editor. You can either delete the marble parts or change the colour code to something you like better.
It adds "artificial flooring" basically Linoleum, but now the artificial floor's colors don't match the stones
There will be an official update soon, I just have to find the time to do a million mods. ^^

Instructions
• Subscribe to his mod, this way you'll still receive his official update
• Download the file above
• Delete all files inside this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1524681306\
• Extract the contents of the downloaded file to that same folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1524681306\
Nerd Note : If you've installed the game on a different drive or folder, then you'll already know how to adjust the above path. If that doesn't make sense to you, reader, then it's not something you have to worry over.
User Note: If you're still running 1.0 then do not apply this fix. I have not learned the trick of making a mod compatible with both 1.0 and 1.1
Here's my best atempt: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aqyopqc8xrx9k96/CCP%27s%20Stone%20Tweaks%20Vanilla-More%20Floors%20Checker%20Overide.7z?dl=0
I cant use Stuffed Floors because it gets rid of some of the vanilla floor types and a lot of the stone floors are shared between the two mods so I cant imagine it being that much work...
this will fix that.
So we can have correctly coloured checkered floors.
