If you're using specs not supported by this mod, you need to re-add them yourself.
This mod only sorts the ones it recognizes.
Yes. That's what the Required Items list on a Workshop page is for
But this mod just changes the order that Specialisations are displayed in. If the Specialisation's not showing then that Specialisation mod is where the problem is.
Looks like just edit this mod's XComRPG.ini
I've commented-out several in the config files, but the game keeps showing them.
+Specializations=(Order=920, TemplateName=Anarchist, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=1065, TemplateName=Mastermind, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=35, TemplateName=Bruiser, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=1115, TemplateName=Escort, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=1260, TemplateName=Fury, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=1270, TemplateName=Nemesis, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=415, TemplateName=HeadHunter, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=635, TemplateName=Thug, bEnabled=true)
Oh don't worry I managed to fix it with the order changes in Grimy Specs. NPO is the most recently subscribed mod in my list, and every other specialization mod orders correctly, that's why I thought I'd bother to mention it here seeing as it's the only wonky one for me.
+Specializations=(Order=51, TemplateName=Anarchist, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=81, TemplateName=Mastermind, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=11, TemplateName=Bruiser, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=111, TemplateName=Escort, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=41, TemplateName=Fury, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=42, TemplateName=Nemesis, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=61, TemplateName=HeadHunter, bEnabled=true)
+Specializations=(Order=62, TemplateName=Thug, bEnabled=true)
You can find them in the Grimy plugin's config folder in the file XComRPG.ini
Get a grep tool, like Textcrawler, and use that to search the .ini files in your XCOM 2 Workshop folder for the string "hold the line", if it's not in the .ini files try .int
Or look through the Workshop pages of the specialisation mods you're subscribed to for this Pioneer class.
Because I don't know where to find it, what to do, I've tried looking for it and this is the closest, perk class.
Why did you post here? This mod won't have added that ability.
Find the RPGO Specialisation which adds that ability and post in its Discussion thread. That's much more likely to lead to help than randomly scattering posts.
This line is missing its closing parenthesis, causing a redscreen error.
+Specializations=(Order=620, TemplateName=Samurai
No idea if that will cause a problem in game.

If that doesn't help, please provide an EXACT description of your bug (which spec are shown, which aren't etc.), ideally with screenshots and in the correct thread: Bug Reports.
i was using the RebuildSelectedSoldiersClass
So for now I will live with the wrong order since its only grim order the one that wrong but thanks will do so if I start a new campaign
yes I did that but the traits were still messed up.
I just rebuilt all the soldiers.
RPGO_RebuildSelectedSoldier Optional_PreseveSquaddiePerks true
using additional commands mod and rpgo they add this ability.
not a big deal.
