I'm very confused - This isn't applied to the game automatically, and I can't seem to find a folder in the games directory; How would I apply this to the game (Sorry if I'm sounding like an absolute idiot, I just usually download mods from the Nexus instead of here.)?

@Engles LeMao Not many Leper skins on the market if you want a communal opinion. I'm no skin maker, but I'm sure he's rather tough to work with. :conwayshrug:
