Theuaredead/L4D Zero - Base Model
If you choose to update the model to latest release of mine:
You - Your edits, textures and such
Theuaredead/L4D Zero - Base model
You can either credit me or L4D Zero or both.
In my opinion, it would be easy to either counter the DMCA and correct the credits or just reupload the addon with proper credits and maybe even fork the proper up to date model instead of a version of the model that was out of date when it had released.
Do you have documented proofs of Freaky doing that? Can Freaky be brought here to this discussion? What, in your opinion, would be a possible resolution of this conflict? What do you suggest?
The addon I posted (direct copy of Freaky's, I don't remember what exactly was done in that version, but I think retail facial animations) now has fixed weapon bones, remade textures and viewmodel arms.
You're even credited in both of those addons and nobody said they made/ported this particular Zoey, besides people did their own work on it.
Just like your disclaimer states, I may say "this is not the same survivors that theuaredead released back in 2018". Besides, the original materials belong to TRS.
I don't get the logic of your actions and this is pretty much giving me a headache at this point.
Either way, yea, she doesn't look anything black.
Not sure how you're getting that from that artwork.
Anyway, it was just concept art, doesn't really matter, probably just that artist's style.
Looks more to be like Hispanic or Latino than black and not even that much.
A. Rochelle is African American, Zoey is not.
B. Rochelle is in jeans and a t-shirt (while as Zoey is in a jacket and some sort of pants)
C. Rochelle has her hair done up in the back, Zoey has fringe
