The concept and shape of the model is great, though. Sorry for my nitpicking about the colours. As a biologist, I'm always happy to see that it seems to become more and more common knowledge that a lot of dinosaurs had feathers for non-flight reasons long before the first Avialae used feathers for winged flight.

(cont.) Add a bit of contrast. Smake and lizard skin with patterns often surrounds spots and rosetta patterns with a thin line of black or white, to make it stand out more and look more striking. Camouflage is often more about patterns and shapes that blur the animal its surroundings, than about matching background colours, and predators often sport some striking pigmentation, especially when they hunt by running down prey instead of hiding and ambushing.

(cont.) Why not make the two bands of team colours (RED/BLU and Cream Spirit?) on the feathers brighter, maybe turn two bands into four, and make the base and tip of the feather black or After Eight, for contrast? Feathers used for courtship often have highly contrasting patterns. Bird feathers today usually have dark tips, especially on wing feathers, because dark pigments help stiffen the faether's edges.

As for the dino skin, why not make it greenish-brown instead of grey? Alternatively make either the skin itself *or* the pattern on it team-coloured, perhaps in rich dark shade of RED/BLU, i.e. Balaclavas are Forever? The rest could be paintable.

If the Loch Ness Monster exists in the TF2 universe, and Mad Science, so why not dinosaurs? Looks pretty cool.

I'm just not 100% sold on the greyish-brown colour of the dino's skin or the amount of grey on the feathers. Yes, it's probably colour-coordinated with the Sniper's vest, it just looks like a bit drab and muddy. The current culour scheme IMO doesn't quite work together. Skin patterns are good idea, and maybe the rest that is not team-coloured will be paintable?
