I honestly couldn't tell you personally; I'd test it and see how it handles it; What I can say though is that this mod is designed to have minimal impact on most things other mods tackle so theoretically it should be compatible.... But I cannot guarantee it
I hope this helps and thank you for your interest in this mod!
Hi there, I've never done this myself but if I remember correctly you should be able to move the folders into the game directory (For example, Resource folder should match the install location Resource folder, you can overwrite this to merge the files) and it will install over the base files, I would not recommend this method however and I cannot help you if you do this and it ruins your game.
It would be far more beneficial to use it as intended in the mod form, I hope this helps!
Or tell me how to install the mod in the root from the steam workshop
Ohh, I'm sorry but as far as updates go this project is stagnant, I keep it working best I can but no planned future additions, sadly other priorities are at play in my life, I hope you understand and thank you for using and enjoying the mod! :) <3
Thank you for the kind words!
Does the mod no longer work? - I sadly don't have anything in terms of content I could update it with at the moment but if its not working I would absolutely be willing to fix it so it works for y'all :)
So that I get the new Countries and your stuff too?
And if so ,I assume I put your mod activated last?
Apologies, this is meant to reflect August 2023, I now realise how confusing that is aha.
Did you publish the Aug23 update ?
Sadly not, if memory serves me right the reason I removed any pre-existing tanks added was due to file conflicts (Adding vehicles requires overwriting of other existing files which create more conflicts when you add any other mods than touch vehicles) - So I deemed it safer for compatibility to not add any, hope this helps!
Excellent to hear! - I hope you have fun :)
@Dylan
Thank you!
That is strange, it may be an order issue or an update from one of the other mods causing a new conflict with a file adjusted in this mod; Safest thing to do is run only the one mod
Generally speaking this mod shouldn't conflict with any other mods, logically it should only disable certain features (such as distance changes / veterancy changes / etc) - it shouldn't lead to any kind of crash.
I hope it resolves, thank you for using my mod also :)
Most of the 'content' that isn't game adjustments are purely usable in the Editor as is; with the exception of most maps being added to Skirmish / MP modes.
You probably have another mod enabled or another mods files lingering in your games directory; this mod does not crash the latest versions of the game when enabled on its own from my own as well as a few friends testing experiences.
Hope this helps!
Cheers.
Unfortunately I am not sure, this mod doesn't change "much" in terms of core game mechanics so logically it should be compatible but I don't kjnow what the Warfighter mod changes so I couldn't tell you.
Must be in relation to another mod conflicting; I have recently opened the mod with no other mods enabled and a fresh install with no issues, hope this helps!
@KOBA He's being a bit brash but he's right, people should just read the description before commenting, it would save people time
Hey man no offence taken, I understand - I agree with you entirely aha
Praying the devs (once all the senseless seeming war from Russia stops in Ukraine) that they and their families are safe and able / willing to continue updating the game and improving the gameplay for the fans
The problem with this game is that without mods, the game is not fun at all. Vanilla solutions are also half-hearted. The developers promise to do something about it, maybe it will be better. And yes, it probably sounded harsh, I didn't mean to offend. Just picking up different modifications, I test them mainly in conquest, there are same games at once and you can already understand what merits and disadvantages. If it weren't for the small maps, and the suicidal AI, everything would be great!
