you can sink it manuly by opening the port area to the ship and open the port

The pumps in the cargo/diving area won't work. At least if they do they work really slow.

I can get this ship started i've tried multiple times but i just cant i've put on the fuel pumps and hold the key for generators for 5 seconds and tried pressing all the buttons including clutch and "throttel" what that is
