Everything is falling under the deck of Ulyanovsk carrier - infantry, helicopters, planes. Its not useful at all.

How do you land on the Ulyanovsk Carrier? So far every approach in the F/A-181 has me sinking through the deck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. If I try a harrier from CUP, I only manage to land if I touch down right next to the tower, but I will fall off almost immediately if I have residual speed left over.

Is there any opportunity to update models in soviet plains, SAM, artillery and boat mods? Functionally they work well but the models, materials and textures get my eyes bleeding. I am sure that I could improve the appearance of models at least by adding some weathering and resolution.

I see. I have no plans (or models!) to add anything at this time.

I am noticing that in really stormy weather, the boats tend to lose speed due to the waves bobbing the propellers out of the water. I might experiment with moving the propeller memory points so try to address this behavior. Otherwise, I don't think anything else is going to be added. Bugs will always be investigated!

I don't want to place blame if I'm mistaken, but is it possible that the latest update to this or the main branch broke boats? Right now they burn fuel, but they propellers don't actually move them. I thought maybe water had lost all its friction somehow?

Are you able to adjust the snap to on the flight deck, there are parts where aircraft are falling through or flying off. Also I am missing the elevators is this an error on my end or wip detail.

If there is a section missing a deck I'll have to look into it. The entire surface of the main deck and hangar deck are walkable. You can even jump down into the lower areas where the CIWS turrets etc. are located and walk around. Unfortunately there are no walls yet.

The rear deck of the Ulyanovsk carrier does not appear to be perpendicular, and there appears to be no perpendicularity all over the place. I want to use this carrier in COOP, so I'd appreciate it if you could fix it.

uly carrier is now uploaded. please keep in mind the geo lod is a bit funky so you can walk through walls... be careful where you walk! Otherwise the essential components are working, with a fully walkable deck. The carrier model is a little rough around the edges but it is functional.

@hcpookie We tested against infantry. The boat was completely static. If the guns are that innacurate at 200m while static, imagine trying to hit a coastal target while moving slowly.

@hcpookie Uh yeah. If you can't aim to hit stuff, it's pretty useless. Even trying to spot your tracers on the guns. Even the Mk19 take several rounds for you to get on target, at which time even the boat's significant has suffered badly. As the range or target size increases it gets exponentially worse. I checked all the other boats and they all have the same problem.

@hcpookie The SOC-R guns have major sight alignment issues. The aimpoint for every crew-served weapon is at least "40cm" lower than the muzzle vertically on every zero increment. This makes the SOC-R completely useless in actual combat. the "zoomed out" is also angled in such a way that you cannot use it to engage.
