@Theteddybeat Beautiful designs I feel like I have partially seen in the unmodded game.
I can help you with making a Faction of them or answer any questions I am able to answer in this topic , for example.
The main problem may be related to making a tiers for your designs. As it works now, to make tiers work properly with multiple designs at each tier, new level should be unlocked with one tech for multiple desigs. You can just make a Faction without tiers though. Or one-design Faction.
And I believe that each Faction (pack of designs with construction strategy for them) should be a separate mod. You can make a steam collection including all of them later.
