@ MechaShadowV2 the process can be a bit confusing, credit the people (jjeff1955) who take the time to work through the hurdles and share this content. :)

Just copy the "liveries" folder from 1533026394 to 1326432592. When you go to paint the car the liveries will be there. :)
MechaShadowV2 9 Mar, 2023 @ 9:14pm
and do i need to make a FulysicFirebirdJon folder in the 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars folder as well?
MechaShadowV2 9 Mar, 2023 @ 9:13pm
@david, I didn't know you could put that in a url bar, thats really cool, but the 2018/cms2018_Data/StreamingAssets/Cars folder doesn't have folder called "TA" do I have to make it?
jjeff1955  [author] 8 Mar, 2023 @ 3:01pm
Thanks David for helping with this issue.
david 8 Mar, 2023 @ 6:06am
Should have said, "search in your web browser", not in steam. :)
david 8 Mar, 2023 @ 6:02am
@ MechaShadowV2, depending upon where you have Steam installed, this liveries mod is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1533026394

The Firebird Trans Am is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1326432592

Once you know where the workshop mods folder is located, you can search on Google for any mod and the folder number will be displayed in the url window. :)
MechaShadowV2 8 Mar, 2023 @ 12:58am
I meant i Can't find them.
MechaShadowV2 8 Mar, 2023 @ 12:58am
I can find any "FulysicFirebirdJon\Liveries" folder or /TA" folder in the streaming assets folder. I've downloaded both this mod and other required mod.
jjeff1955  [author] 21 Aug, 2021 @ 7:11am
@cathejedi1234 The liveries need to be in the liveries folder within the Cars folder. Do you have discord? I can explain stuff easier there. So far only works with the CMS2018
calthejedi1234 20 Aug, 2021 @ 8:38pm
and what do you do if you can't access the files at all
jjeff1955  [author] 7 Nov, 2020 @ 9:26am
In the Car Mechanic Simulator 2018/cms2018_Data/StreamingAssets/Cars/TA Folder and create a folder named Liveries and put the saved Liveries in that Folder and they will show up in the Game in the paint Room
wfholmes 7 Nov, 2020 @ 8:56am
What do I do if the folders for the files arent there?

jjeff1955  [author] 26 Sep, 2020 @ 7:11pm
Subscribe to these Liveries and then find them in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630

Then Copy them out of there and put then into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\FulysicFirebirdJon\Liveries Folder
OpenRange187 26 Sep, 2020 @ 4:17pm

jjeff1955  [author] 9 Aug, 2020 @ 10:36pm
@ pepsitreck
You are Welcome, I enjoyed making them.
pepsitreck 8 Aug, 2020 @ 5:55pm
Thank You Game Time, that is exactly the info that I needed to put the Liveries into my game!
Also, Thank You jjeff1955 for making so many choices, they are working, and looking very well in game!
jjeff1955  [author] 27 Jul, 2020 @ 6:28pm
Yea I know it can be complicated to use them. It is a learning curve for sure.
SkyDrifter 27 Jul, 2020 @ 3:30pm
(Well done Liveries) But Mod description and info need to have clear info in were the folders are located for the new mod user, as a new person would just subscribe and run the game with no clue that they have to copy and move files to another folder,on witch that they have no clue were on there PC were the files are located. (so a step by step on file locations to move the needed files to get the Liveries in its proper place to show up in game. Like So
locate folder 645630 were your steam is installed ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\) , fine and open folder 1533026394 and copy liveries folder content to \steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1326432592\Liveries)
jjeff1955  [author] 18 May, 2020 @ 11:59pm
pepsitreck
Subscribe to them and then Copy and Paste them into your Firebird Liveries Folder.
pepsitreck 8 Apr, 2020 @ 10:30am
I would love to use the liveries, but I'm not sure how. Could someone please tell me step by step on how to incorporate this into the game? (Please use computers for dummies wording) I'm not computer savy, I can't even figure out how to customize the banner on the back wall of my shop lol
Tux 10 Dec, 2019 @ 10:56am
@NoxDraconem you can paint your rims in the paint shop :)
NoxDraconem 19 Nov, 2019 @ 8:33am
Awesome my mod already has the plates to go with it... we just need someone to do the gold wheels lol
jjeff1955  [author] 19 Nov, 2019 @ 7:41am
The Gold Trim lines would be good, I will see what I can do.
NoxDraconem 19 Nov, 2019 @ 5:17am
Any chance the Smokey & The Bandit decals could be updated to include all the gold trim lines currently missing??
david 15 Jul, 2019 @ 10:32pm
It's all good mate.

When I see a Steam profile that isn't completed and nothing on it about owning the game, I can't help but wonder if they're trying to use steam mods on pirated games. Anyone not using a legit Steam version of CMS won't have the folders needed.

But it may well be someone new trying to figure it out - so I try to help just in case... :)
jjeff1955  [author] 15 Jul, 2019 @ 9:03pm
Thank You David, you can explain the details better than I can.
I appreciate your Help.
david 15 Jul, 2019 @ 7:14pm
@ chris, it works if you do it correctly.
Did you find the 645630 folder?
Inside that navigate to 1533026394 folder - that's the liveries for the Firebirds. Open it and copy the liveries folder inside.
Then go back to 645630 folder and find the 1326432592 folder - that's the Firebird mod folder. Open that and paste the liveries folder there.
Then when you go to paint the car the liveries will be options.

If you can be more specific than "it doesn't work" I'll be glad to help. :)
HawkBryant 15 Jul, 2019 @ 6:28pm
it doesnt work for me
jjeff1955  [author] 8 Jul, 2019 @ 6:09pm
Thank You David you are Awesome for adding more info for me.
I was using my Laptop for the Steam Location and did not have the CMS2018 installed, so I had to leave that 643630 Folder out.

Yes a Shortcut is for sure needed for the Desktop for easy access.
Cheers.
david 8 Jul, 2019 @ 5:41pm
And anyone using a lot of mods (like me) will find a shortcut on their desktop to the 643630 folder valuable. :)
david 8 Jul, 2019 @ 5:40pm
It's a great mod Mr. Jeff! Someone (hint, hint) should make a sticky on how to locate and install mods and liveries. :)

This is confusing for many people, partly because not everyone will have Steam installed to default location (C:\Program Files). But once you find the 643630 folder, all mods are installed to the same numbered folders for everyone.

EG: In mine the correct path to Fulysic's Firebird is D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1326432592.

Another trick is to look at the top of the comments page (this page) for the correct folder. In this case 1533026394 is the correct folder for this liveries mod for everyone. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Hope this helps. :)

where i found the skin after download
for put in liveries folder
jjeff1955  [author] 25 Jun, 2019 @ 5:56am
@Blade_Benjanmoin
Just subscribe to it and then go into your Downloaded content Folder and Copy the Liveries from there, and past them into your Car Liveries Folder, minus the upload preview and config.is not needed.

look at the game's default Cars folders and you will see how to get them into the T/A's car Folder.
scirocco lars 25 Jun, 2019 @ 1:47am

jjeff1955  [author] 22 Jun, 2019 @ 5:39pm

Photogenic Penis 13 Jun, 2019 @ 1:50am

Thanks Scout-6613 for the link I saved it, will work on it and upload it later.
I do have the charcoal Version for the 1980 Turbo T/A with the Scoop Flames, but waiting for Update.

Just now noticed that I have the Charcoal Bird already in this Kit, is there more that needs to be done to it? Let me know if I missed anything?
jjeff1955  [author] 9 Dec, 2018 @ 12:27pm
No, I do have those Special Liveries done, but can not use them until Fulysic Patches the Firebird Turbo Hood and remove the fadded Bird. I did not share them as of yet as they do not look and fit Correctly due to the Turbo Hood Bird that is Stuck on the Hood.
TheGamerOfThePast 8 Dec, 2018 @ 7:00pm
