Today I found out the hard way that the challenge road update broke the final deathwish so it sometimes won't count as completed when you finish it.
Thank you for allowing me to correct my contract dispute with the snatcher after that clerical error when smug dance vaporwave hat kid was weirdly not around to help.

If I caused frustration or offense, I apologize. As a software engineer, I tend to forget that some people just want to make cool things without worrying about how the code works, and I can imagine it would be frustrating for someone in that situation to get random code critiques from passersby. It looks like it turned out for the best though, in any case.

Sorry if that comment sounded mean, I just wanted to tell you why I can't improve it. I'm going to try learning how to do ticks now.

1. I don't know how to use ticks.
2. I don't have Nyakuza Metro.

Have you tried just triggering the effect every tick, or set health to max each tick? From the code it looks like you're waiting for 4 ... time units, I don't know what those are but they're clearly longer than seconds.

There is, with the Nyakuza Metro DLC. If you go to a food vendor and make a valid food combo, it puts you at five max health points temporarily.

I don't want to tell you what to do with your own mod (personally I find it most useful just the way it is), but it's something to look into if you wish.

MJVP, there is not a status effect for the Mustache Girl boss that gives the players health constantly. I know it is slow, but it is still helpful in some situations. The purpose of the mod was that people who were having stress with bosses get less of it because, you know, the mod. Maybe one day I can make it like Mustache Girl boss, but until then, it's going to stay like this.

@Asra I was thinking about that, but I don't think there is a way to give the player one more health point. A way I could do it is that I make a custom image file of the extra health, but that costs alot of work.

Actually, the more health badge just gave you one more Health point. According to unused text i found in the language files.

Nice. This should help with the crazy, over-the-top difficulty of super bosses. I don't play this game to be stressed out, and sadly, peace and tranquility mode doesn't do much in certain areas. I'm basically trying to have a set of options to slowly lower the difficulty until I find a spot where I'm (hopefully) still challenged, without having to die over and over for a slight chance to win.

thank you for this badge this makes some of the DLC Way more fair. parkour is so much better when you dont die instantly while doing it owo

oh yea this is probably going to be my last comment for this one forever in the last fight when the boss is almost fully beaten you gain hearth like every second making you completely unbeatable this badge doesent even come close to that and so if i can im going to make a better badge mode than this soon but im still learning how to make games i dont know how to make mods yet so it might take a long long while

and the badge gives you a heart every about 5 seconds (i didnt really test to see how long each one is but its close enough) and that is enough time for you to still get killed and so for me that's not constant enough\

this badge fails because on the last boss when its almost done you cant die at all but this you still can

@Some Weirdo : well it's not a matter of worrying about cheating or not. It's because invincibility badges make the game too easy. Some players just want missions that are too difficult to be easier, but not so much so that it completly removes all of the challenge to the point that the mission becomes boring and unfun.

@JGamezOfElzam , I would like a badge like that. I like invincibility badges , but isn't it kinda cheating to use them?

If you're planning on doing more mods like these, a 6 lives badge would also be pretty cool, or maybe one that negates the effects of the One-Hit Hero badge but still lets you take normal damage.
